“Do you want me to get out?” I saw the surprise look in his eyes with my gesture but I did not dare to take back my words. I want to be by his side. I don’t know what I am doing now and I certainly do not want to know but I just want to hold his hand right now. He looked at me with a different light in his eyes before extending his hand towards me. I instantly took it and held on to it as if it’s my lifeline. “No,” he said and gripped my hand as an answer. “Stay here.”

I know that I will only have one chance for this to work. My mind is made up. Pulling my hands down as fast as I can, one of them frees from the confines of the glove and Osiris's grasp. One hand is all I need. Taking a deep breath, I place my hand on Osiris's cheek. My eyes roll back in my head, and I am suddenly transported to somewhere else.

I reached for a handshake, locked eyes with him, and prayed that my face didn’t reveal my true feelings. He seemed amused. Without hesitating, he held my hand and, in a swift move, left something inside my palm. Fu.ck! What was it?

He offers me his hand, palm up like a promise. No hesitation. I take it.

He reached across and took my hand, his grip was warm and steady. "Yes. Tell me everything."

I leave to meet him; fortunately, TJ doesn't follow. Nate's hand is stretched out to me, and I hold it, locking my fingers in his.

He stand up and giving his hand for me to hold. "I have another beautiful place, wanna check that out too?" He asked "Take me there please." I grabbed his hand

He mutters standing up. He then holds out his hand to me, I stare at it not knowing what to do. Does he want to hold my hand? He must see my confusion because he chuckles, then leans over and takes my hand without hesitation. My cheeks tinge with warmth, he did want me to take his hand.

Her hand was ice-cold when I touched them, so I picked up her hand and held them in the warmth of my larger ones. “I’m right here…”

he asked. It took a moment for me to take it all in, but when I did, I bit back my pride and nerves and took a hold of his hand. “Ready.”
