The Mate They Threw Away

The Mate They Threw Away

Before it touched me I jumped on the wall beside me and used it to push myself forward and over the arrow. My nose caught a whiff of the arrow as it flew right under me. I knew that it was already laced with a tranquilizer of some sort. If one of them touched me, the chemical was going to lock my limbs in place. I had no idea how I knew that but I was certain that it was true. My nose had already picked apart the chemicals used in the for the poisoned arrow. Kiron had a true warrior's reflex. He lunged backwards as landed where he was standing. He had three arrows notched and ready to fly.

My Unrequited Love For My Guardian

My Unrequited Love For My Guardian

I watched as he knelt in front of me, carefully cleaning and dressing the wound on my knee. His touch was tender, and his focus unwavering. "This might sting a bit," he warned before applying the antiseptic. As soon as the cotton ball touched the small cut, I hissed and jerked my knee. Atlas’s hand came to my thigh, holding it firmly in place. His cold, wet palm gently squeezed my thigh. "Hold still," he softly instructed.

Trapped Between Alpha Bully Mates

Trapped Between Alpha Bully Mates

I didn’t stop but raised my hands, put the bow in position while stretching the string to my arrow; my eyes were now glued on my target. I could hear his heartbeat and that heart was my target. "Sheryl." I heard Morton yelling my name while coming from the front side of me. I leaped when he suddenly crouched down, and used his shoulder as a cushion to my feet before I pushed his shoulder hardly with my feet, taking a high leap in the air, and released the arrow.

Alpha’s Moonchild

Alpha’s Moonchild

“If you make it, you’re free. You can go crawling to Alpha Deric and tell him whatever you want.” I know they’re mocking me. I know I can’t outrun them. But this is my only chance. I force myself to move. My hands shake as I push off the ground, my legs barely holding my weight. Everything hurts, but I have to try. I run. Or at least, I try to. I make it two steps before pain erupts in my knee. A sickening crack echoes through the chamber. I don’t understand at first, until I see it. An arrow. A long, wicked arrow buried deep in my knee. I choke on a scream. My leg buckles, blood seeps through it. My body crashes to the floor, dust rising around me as agony floods my senses.

Claimed By The Mafia Don

Claimed By The Mafia Don

Powwww! I shot the arrow out and it hit right at his knee and I heard a loud scream escape the lad’s mouth. “Aahhhh… Ahh… Fuck… fu…ah” he screamed but couldn't bend over and rub the place as he watched his own blood pool at his feet. I smiled as I watched him cuss, I narrowed my eye's at his knee, it was shaking. Time to tie up. “Come here boy “ I said motioning for him to come closer knowing quite well that he can't move.

Mated To The Exiled Alpha

Mated To The Exiled Alpha

But I had to control my anger. He walked into a small clearing where I could hear the sqeals of an animal. It was clearly in pain and possibly trapped. Kieran took a few huge steps ahead of me and dropped on one knee where the sqeals were coming from. Looking over his shoulder, I realized that it was a rabbit caught in one of Kieran's traps. It had a small arrowhead piercing through its side and lodged deeply into the side. However, for some reason, it was still alive.

I aim and focus, and then I let the arrow fly and cut through the air. It hits her and she falls.

I absolutely LOVED this book! A couple chapters were frustrating with constant errors almost like it was rushed & not edited. BUT...with that being said, it wasn't throughout the whole book, only a few chapters otherwise it was sporadic little errors. I really suggest to read this story! refreshing

I enjoyed reading this book and felt that the plot was actually quite original and refreshing compared to the usual stories on here. I was disappointed with the ending as it was more of a summary than actual dialogue amongst the characters like the rest of the book. Just seemed to fizzle out

Brutal Lycan Prince

“Please, Neil. Just trust me.” He hesitated, then knelt beside me. “Fine. Hold her steady.” Together, we worked to keep the horse calm. Neil grasped the arrow shaft firmly. “On three,” he said. “One… two…” On two, he yanked the arrow out in one swift motion.

Do Not Play With Archer

Do Not Play With Archer

He carelessly pushed Selah on the floor and she fell hard. Krouen led his way to the entrance and swung the door open, only to see an unfamiliar face. "Who are you?" Confusion draws his face when he sees an arid-looking man with a box of macaroons. "My name's Archer and I live..." He pointed at his house on the other side of the road, "There." His plain gazes made Krouen even baffled, he composed himself and sighed. "What do you want?"

The Awakening of Slave

The Awakening of Slave

The arrow sailed through the air and the toe of his boot. Not through his foot, just through his boot. I hit the leather between his smallest toe and the sole, pinning it to the dirt. An inch to the right and he would have been lame for the rest of the Games. We both knew that. The entire tree line held a collective breath. Korrigan looked down at the arrow, then up at me. He laughs, a short, surprised bark. "East and west," he said. "Until we have no other choice?”
