ISABELLE’S POV I flip the page of the book with the help of my left hand. The name of the book which I am currently reading is “The tales of Ash Ville”. It is a nice book and it includes the horror stories of the town. It is a fictional book but I like it and has captured my attention. I found this in the library a few weeks back and I thought to read it. Today I saw it in the books which I had not read so I decided to read this one.

"I actually heard that the Moon Crawler lost her mind and cheesed off on Melpomene, his Highness's 'sister'!" Paige chinwagged, her face blooming red from laughter. "Poor her, she must not know that the evil day is the Cold Night!" Paige guffawed and shortly later, Mario joined her and soon both were lost in their world. With a heart skipping a beat, Amethyst staggered back, taken aback by the news she had just informally received. "The Cold Night?! A night where all the ghosts wake up, with her glowing skin, the world might die…!" Amethyst curled her fingers around her neck, her figure began trembling as soon as her mind was captured by poisonous thoughts.

Loren shrugged her shoulders, “No, I forgot. That story was so long ago that what people remember now is the old haunted house and the ghost that lives in it…” Ria hesitated. Suddenly, Adrian realized that these individuals indeed harbored ulterior motives. Adrian expanded his awareness, and the sight before him left him speechless. The entire hall was now teeming with an array of ghosts and monsters. Among them were towering old men with only one eye, lanterns swaying on a single leg, malformed boys with just one limb each, women clad in white exuding a bone-chilling aura, and skeletal figures draped in human skin...

I reached a very thick part of the forest, and I beat my chest and screamed to signify my entrance to the house of the great Manzoni. I turned back to human, trying to move through the thick bushes but someone grabbed a hold of my hands and entered and pushed me into the forest. Another person put me in a blindfold and soon, I was brought into a strange shrine. "We found the intruder Manzoni," I heard a voice say. "Who dares to come into the house of the great Manzoni uninvited?" "I dared!" I shouted. The blindfold was soon removed from my eyes and I found Manzoni, she was a lot less scary than I thought. In fact, she looked exactly like I did.

The wind picked up, and the leaves rustled with an eerie whisper. "Do you feel that?" Marinetta asked, her voice tense. Harley nodded, his eyes scanning the surroundings. "Something's not right. We need to investigate." They followed the disturbance deeper into the forest, their senses alert. As they approached a clearing, they saw a figure standing in the center, surrounded by a shimmering aura of dark energy. Marinetta and Harley approached cautiously, their hands on their weapons. The figure turned to face them, revealing a gaunt, spectral appearance. It was a ghostly apparition, its eyes filled with a haunting sadness.
