Leo had just woken up. He was wearing a cartoon pajama top, and a few strands of his hair were sticking up. His eyes were half closed. He looked somewhat adorable. “Mommy, what time is it?” He was still a bit groggy as he came out. Suddenly, his pupils dilated when he saw Damon and Liam. Damon’s heart melted at the look of the child. “Leo.” He opened his arms. Leo obediently walked over and let Damon lift him onto his lap.

Dante stared at the purple mark on his arm, watching it fade away behind the shield of lead. But Leo stood in the middle of the room, staring at an old stone table. “Mommy?” Leo called. “Yes, baby?” June crouched beside him. “The lady in the bakery… she said I was a container.” Leo looked up at her, eyes shining—not orange, not purple, but bright, beautiful gold. “But she was wrong.” A cold fear twisted in June’s stomach. She got down to his level. “What do you mean, Leo?” “The bread was the antenna,” Leo said. His voice didn’t sound like a kid’s anymore—more like three voices tangled together. “But Hecate forgot something. An antenna can send messages, too. Not just receive them.”

He looked pale and shy in an outfit that looked more like a uniform: brown khaki pants and the same shade of tailored shirt. Leo shook his head, seemingly disappointed or perhaps confused by my admission. "I don't know what to tell you, Archer, but it's obvious you're confused. You want her by your side, yet you refuse to admit that you're in love with her. If you did, your fear of overwhelming Lavina with your possessiveness—and the shadow you conceal—might just push her away," Leo observed. His gaze held a deep understanding, signaling that he knew me better than anyone else, even better than my parents. Only Leo was privy to the true depths of my nature.

Leo, how could you do this?” Leo’s eyes flashed with anger, but his voice remained calm, though I could sense the effort it took. “You don’t know the full story,” he said, his tone firm but controlled. “There’s more to this than what you see in that photo.”

I asked, my curiosity piqued. "Leo," he replied, his voice trembling slightly. "Is he dead?" I pressed, concern bubbling beneath my bravado. "No, he ran pretty fast when he saw me, but I caught up and he collapsed," Leo explained, pride lighting up his eyes. "Is this your only prey?" I inquired, gesturing to the collection behind him. "No, I caught a boar, a deer, a rabbit, and a snake," he said, pointing at his haul, his confidence growing.

Ending up hurting my little toe. "Don't do all this drama. This time we are not going to listen to you. All girls of your age are getting married, and here you are silly girl. Are you going to live whole life alone? " Mom spoke with an angry face. "We are not going to listen to you this time! It's a really good marriage proposal. " Dad said. I remained silent and simply pressed the bowl to his lips, but he reached out to embrace me in his arms. In an instant, I frowned and pushed him away. I coldly gazed at him. "What are you doing? If you're not here to get treated, don't bother me like this anymore." His gaze immediately dimmed, and he pleaded in a low voice, "I was wrong. I'm sorry. I'll drink my medicine properly. Please, don't be mad at me, okay?" … A werewolf's body could heal itself quickly, and within a few days, Leo had almost fully recovered.
