Tate James Hades Series Novels & Stories

Thankfully, just as I did that, the door was suddenly pushed open. However, my jaws practically fell to the floor when two men who looked like splitting images of Hades stepped in. I gasped and so did Hades. “Hello brother,” one of the men greeted with a smile, and I couldn’t help but frown when my body reacted to him just as it did to Hades. What the hell? Was he also my mate? And the last one too? “I am Chad, Hades' brother, and this is our other brother, Trent.” The man said, ignoring Hades as his attention was riveted to me. I gulped.

Those whose crimes warrant a sentence to eternal punishment were sent to the darkest regions of Erebus or down the pit of Tartarus. There stood a great palace made of black rock and crystal, the abode of a tall slender goddess Hades. Her majestic black robe and puissant look made those around her cower in fear. Mortals were afraid to even mention her name. Very few knew her as Áïda. Perhaps for fear of pronouncing it, they started calling her Hades.

Then, I saw him standing by a door to a room, or somewhere. He had taken off his shirt. His upper body appeared bigger. They were tattoos all over his back, his trousers hung low on his waist, dangerously low. I could run my hands through this type of body all day without getting tired. He was receiving a phone call. He was immensely focused. I stood still, waiting for him to finish. His words didn’t make sense at first, until it got to the part where he said: “She doesn’t know a thing. I have it all under control… In the end everything will be mine.” His words made me tremble.

Tew scratched his neck and looked over at one of his men. “Yes, well. I am glad to see you are well. Where is that used-to-be-alpha puppy?” He leaned forward and frowned, “And what the heck is that? Who did that?” Pointing at my neck, he slowly turned to Hades while anger started rolling off him. Surprisingly enough, Hades didn’t seem to be affected by his mood change. He didn’t even seem bothered or bare his neck as some of the men standing closest to him did. Arcane, on the other hand, looked a bit uncomfortable and looked away, suddenly having great interest in studying a bird flying in the sky.

"I-I wouldn't blame you in the least little bit if you decide to ash me." "Good," James said coldly as he shoved the stake right through Cade's heart. Cade looked down at the stake in bewilderment and then back up at James with an uncomprehending look on his face right before his body went grey and exploded into ash. James pocketed the silver stake and walked through the nearest doorway he could find. It was time to get down to business. *

TW: Sensitive topics here. Remember, this is a STORY, so it's nothing but a part of whatever things I come up with. TW is needed, though. Some inside info about Nero... Alpha Hades It's clear I'm not the only one who's bothered by his own mind and overthinking. It's not that I mean to make Zeno feel like he doesn't matter or I don't trust him because he does matter, and I do trust him; it's just that I'm not sure how to poke the topic.
