“You’re still mad I won our game last night.” “No,” Brady said. “I want you on my team because you probably have osteoporosis and will be lighter than the rest of us.” “So you are using my lower bone density as an advantage for your team?” Cecilia said with a frown. “Yup.” She shrugged. “Can’t beat that logic.” “O-kay.” Andrew looked between the two. “I guess Brady and Cecilia are on a team. Let’s put Bev with you guys. Mitchell, Austin, Charles, and Katie will be on the other team.”

Those assholes could do anything to hurt me and the Fatso Dicks ! “NOW BEFORE WE START THE MATCH, LET ME MAKE A FEW THINGS CLEAR. RYDER STONE AND CHESTER KAIN ARE THE RED TEAM WHILE RON LEE AND LEON LEE ARE THE BLUE TEAM FOR THE FIRST MATCH. THE TEAM WINNING TWO POINTS WITHIN 20 MINUTES WILL WIN THE MATCH. At least I could get some rest on the Firmament, maybe get some practice in with whatever new mech I was given to replace my Prowler. But Mallet wasn't finished. "Each team will contain three members and a commanding officer. Team one, under Martin Telbus, consists of Warren Mathis, Troy Nichols, and Sylvia Braham. They will be guarding the perimeter around the city." I was only half listening. Instead, I was thinking of which mech I hoped I would be assigned. Cassie glanced around, looked at them, and said with a smile, 'Birds, you played too stiff at TOP. Don't be too persistent in resisting. Sway, you worked well at APC but didn't consider cooperation, so that you couldn't give others much support. Don't fight by yourself all the time. As for Robot...'

So, team 1 will be..Tai, Veronica and Lucy as Archer. Claude felt someone slide past him saying, "outta the way" her English accent made her sound more snobby than she probably meant. I recognize one of them as Byran, as he is the captain in the basketball team. “Tyrelle and Aelfric, right? We need two more players for our team. You guys in?” Tyrelle seemed to take the lead as he was the one who answered, “Sorry, but Gabriella and I come as a pair. If she’s not on the team, I’m not going.”

Nolan asked “Totally, don’t worry. I won’t embarrass you too much.” They split into teams, mostly even. The boys had one extra, but the extra was much younger than the others so it seemed fair to Violet. On her team were three girls who looked a little younger than her.
