Tears Of The Moon: A Dance With Lycan Royalty の小説・ストーリー

As our last release comes to its completion, we feel another wave of pain come down the mate bond. We pull out and step back as Zelda drops to the ground and lets out a whimpering howl. I look up and see that the full moon is now at its peak. Morpheus howls loud as our bones break and reposition at the same time. Ours, of course, goes much quicker than Zelda’s does. Once we are in full Lycan, we bend down and run our hand gently over her as we link, “Relax Zelda, just let it happen. It is going to hurt this time, but only because you had to do both shifts for the first time…”

Lyra’s POV I’d never seen anything more beautiful than the ceremony grounds at sunset. Many white candles flickered in the dimming light, creating a soft glow among the old oak trees. Flower petals, including jasmine and rose, along with an unfamiliar scent that reminded me of moonlight, covered the paths to the sacred circle. Representatives from twelve different packs filled the wooden benches arranged in circles around the ceremonial platform, their eyes shining with excitement. And at the center of it all, the Moon Stone. A massive piece of silver-veined marble that had been used for mating ceremonies for over three centuries, now glowing with an inner light that seemed to pulse in rhyth

He shook his head. Wolfy arrived next. He didn't run. He walked. He held his datapad in one hand, staring at the blank screen. He stopped at the edge of the dais. He looked at the empty spot. He looked at the moon. Then he sat down. He just sat down in the dirt and put his head between his knees. Then the sound hit them. It started as a rumble from the crater floor. ROAR. Barzil turned. Thirty million Lycans were looking up. They didn't see the empty dais. They saw the Moon. They saw the silver god returning to the sky. They saw salvation.

“This is terrible,’ Mila whispered, clutching her hands to her chest as she gazed out of the window at the sky. The sun had just set and the moon was rising. “The moon… it’s full tonight.” Amy’s eyes widened, filling with dread. “Not a good sign. Princess Riela is a Lycan… restraining her under a full moon will be near impossible. She’ll tear through anyone who tries to stop her. If the Alpha King doesn’t get here soon, we’re all as good as dead.”

And there under the moon, we paused, our eyes locked on one another. In that moment, it felt as though time stood still. We were no longer ourselves as we allowed wolves to take over, as they took over. Together, we danced beneath the moon, our movements fluid and effortless. Joy emanated from our lycans, saturating the air around us. We nuzzled each other, our bond ever-strengthened, our love growing with every passing moment. As the night waned, and the first light of dawn began to paint the horizon, we transformed back into our human selves.

Here, among the lycans, the moon was not just a celestial body; it was the heartbeat of their civilization. One by one, Darian encountered lycan packs, and he was struck by their advanced understanding of lunar magic. Unlike his own kind, the lycans had harnessed the moon's power to its fullest extent. They wielded the moonlight with finesse, using it not only for strength and agility but also for their everyday needs. Illuminated streets, glowing plants, and radiant homes were a testament to their mastery over the lunar energy.

We were in the fields now, almost getting close to a step. “ I hope I'm not going to die?”. “ Why would I kill you?” He asked, sounding like he was hurt. “ I'm sorry” Finally he stopped, and stepped away from my view to allow me to see. “ Is that the dancing moon!? I gasped. The dancing moon came a few weeks or months after a mating ceremony. It was time for reproduction now. Omegas and specifically an outcast like me wasn't allowed to see the dancing moon. “ Yes”

Her eyes go back to being sad. " Can I tell you a story?" She says and I nod "Centuries ago, the moon goddess created a white lycan and a black lycan together and put their lycan forms with a girl with brown hair and blue eyes, and a man with black hair and hazel eyes. She blessed them as mates. The Lycan girl and the Lycan boy protected their kingdom from many dangers that came and went until, one day, fate intervened, and they were both killed unfairly and unjustly."

“If you want the strength of the Silver Moon, you must first learn to respect the graft that saved it. Now, join the dance, or leave the mountain.” The tension broke as the hide drums began to beat. The Beltane Dance was a primal, beautiful ritual. As the moon rose, the wolves and humans joined together around the massive fires. Fenris and Lyra led the rite, their amethyst and rusty forms moving in a rhythmic, synchronized dance of shifts. One moment, they were human, their bodies pressed together in a desperate, romantic heat; the next, they were wolves, their voices blending into a single, harmonious howl that echoed through the valley.

“Your mother… she wasn’t just anyone. She was the daughter of royalty. A direct descendant of the Moon Goddess’s bloodline. A child of both worlds.” “What does that even mean?” I whispered. Gran’s eyes shone with memory. “She was born to King Roman—the Lycan Alpha of the Northern bloodline—and Queen Aira, last of the Fire Maidens. They were fated. Destined. Powerful beyond belief. But their union was forbidden by those who feared what their child could become.” A chill ran through me. “And that child…” I said slowly. Gran nodded. “Was your mother. Half Lycan, half Fire Maiden. She carried the blood of kings and flame-bearers. She inherited both strength and fire magic, and passed it down to
