I dump my bag on the floor and read through the shelf while pulling books out and mumble as I go. ‘Even a book can be dangerous in the wrong hands.’ ‘Ignite.’ ‘Hell is empty and all the devils are here.’ ‘You’ll make bad choices. I say and we walk up and down the library isles. I climb and jump to get books off of shelves and Aidan has to catch me a couple of times when I fell.

Lucius sat on the sofa, his expression so dark it looked ready to kill. "Have you found out who leaked it?" The secretary hesitated. "It's probably… Mrs. Martin. After all…" After all, the only person who knew about all one hundred of his affairs was Adele. Deep down, Lucius already had his suspicions. But hearing it confirmed still made his anger explode. He smashed the glass in his hand.

But something in her words struck a nerve. Eric's face changed drastically, his voice hoarse but firm. "Impossible! Why would she leave me? She clearly..." Suddenly, someone bumped into me, making my coffee tip dangerously. Right before it spilled on me, a passing man stretched out his hand and caught it. "Thank you," I said quickly, looking up. He was striking. He was handsome, gentle, and had an effortless elegance. "You’re welcome, mademoiselle," he replied with a warm smile, handing the coffee back before disappearing into the crowd.

How come something like intimate contact like a group photo could be possible? Amid August’s hesitation, Anna smiled weakly. “Save Sophina. She’s your Luna…”

a man appeared just before the library, dressed formally. “Yes?” “I’m Mrs. Beaumont’s butler, Johanne. I’ll guide you to her.” I nodded and followed him down the hallway towards the library. He led me inside and we walked deep within the bookshelves. It had been a while of walking and I was starting to get suspicious about where he was taking me, until the shelves suddenly gave away to a lush garden that took the breath right out of my chest.

Maybe the only fun I had there was flying with swords. Then the future galactic world? Honestly, out of all my ninety-nine reincarnations, I didn’t reach that kind of world yet or even some apocalyptic world, and I’m thankful for that.
