The Alpha Ceo's Nerdy Assistant Novels & Stories

If I didn’t look at him, maybe the tension wouldn’t snap like a stretched wire. “Finished yet?” his voice cut through the garage, calm, controlled, irritatingly steady. I rolled out slowly, wiping my hands on a rag as I sat up. “Depends. You planning to stand there and supervise, or actually help?” Nina made a small choking sound, like she was trying not to laugh and die at the same time. Asher didn’t smile. He rarely did these days. “Just finish it.” I arched a brow. “Ah yes. The Alpha approach. Command first, personality later.”

"We’ll cross the border by midnight. I have a friend in Toronto. A cabin. No internet, no cell service. He won't find us there." "He will," I whispered, staring out the window at the blurring trees. "You don't understand, Elliot. He has resources you can't even imagine." "He’s just a man with a checkbook, Bridgett," Elliot scoffed, glancing at me. "You treat him like he’s a god." "He’s not a god," I murmured, touching the bare skin of my ring finger where the diamond used to be. "He’s an Alpha." "Mommy..."

Because no matter how much pain I suffered there are still good things that happened and I'm grateful for them for the rest of my life. And more importantly, I will be forever grateful for discovering something so forbidden that ended up changing the trajectory of my life. That is, the CEO is an Alpha.

Alpha Nero let out a deep sigh and rolled his eyes in exasperation. "You always say corny things to your mate. Like many others, I am not an exception. Despite the perception of my callousness by others, I possess the ability to gratify and exhibit tenderness and benevolence towards my significant other," declared Alpha Nero. Alpha Nero's words caught Rett off guard, leaving him completely speechless. The Beta feels ashamed because the Alpha remembers the sort of things he said to Faith. There was a brief moment of stillness. Verity savored each bite in silence.

“You now get to see the Alpha every day. Work with him every day.” The words made my stomach tighten. Oh. Right. I almost forgot that I was the Alpha’s secretary or as they put it, his assistant. The realization hit me again like a wave. I’d be working directly under the most powerful man in the entire pack the Alpha himself. “Are you quitting here?” I asked curiously, remembering that James had always been the Alpha’s assistant before me. “I have to act like a stand-in CEO for the other company in Country D,” he replied smoothly.

Typical narcissist. “Come in,” Dane ordered. The tent flap moved as Nate walked in, bowing respectfully to the Alpha. “Well, look at that. The nerd has arrived,” Nora remarked, a mischievous smirk dancing on her lips. “You two know each other?” Ashley asked, glancing between them. “Forgive me for not introducing myself properly earlier, Luna,” Nate said, offering a warm smile. “I am Nate, Alpha Dane’s favorite nephew and his personal assistant.” “It’s a pleasure, Nate,” Ashley replied with a genuine smile.

I knocked on the door and waited for a reply. 'Yes, vee come in' Alpha said How did he know it was me, I think to myself as I open the door. And there he said at the desk rubbing his temples, like whatever he was working on was giving him a killer head ache, then from what I had witnessed mum do for dad when he got this way, I walked to the bar and poured him a scotch and walked over to the alpha placing the glass Infront if him. 'Tough night' I ask

That was cold, he could've at least let me thank him for helping me that time. "What a dick." Daichi said, fixing up his tie. "They think just because they're alphas, they can strut around like their hot stuff, piss off." He yelled but they were probably too far to hear. Daichi is a beta and he's hated alphas for as long as I can remember but he's friends with some people who are alphas. He might hate alphas but in his words, "Only the Alphas who are too proud to distinguish right from wrong." Akito on the other hand is an alpha that he trusts, we all met in elemtary school but Daichi and I were friends first.

Horace’s POV. As usual, I spent the whole day sorting through documents. By the time the late evening rolled up, I was already so exhausted. I just couldn’t wait to pack up and go back home to Elena and Ethan. Well, then, an honest better surprise hit my desk. It began with a knock on my door as my assistant announced herself. “Yes, come on in.” “Hello, Alpha,” she greeted with a bow. I nodded, still focused on finalizing my work.

“I mean, I’m just a convenience store part-timer! What do I know about being a secretary to the CEO of a global powerhouse that has a strong influence in our country’s economics and politics?!” Now, he looked more convinced. “You definitely are the one for the job,” “And you’re crazy,” I snapped and shoved the business card back to him. He grabbed my hand and yanked me forward to look him in the eye. “I need someone who doesn’t talk to me like I’m going to kill them with a single look—.” I was aghast. “C-can you?” He laughed and let go of me. “Of course, not. I’m an Alpha, not the Dark Lord, Jesus….”
