I sighed and stepped into the cabin. It was no surprise that I found Solanan sitting on the couch, totally relaxed. It seemed they had been in a long conversation, and I had just ruined it. “Well, look who decided to come home finally,” Solana said with a bit of sarcasm in her voice. I knew what she was talking about. It was about her. She was talking about my pack. It seemed she had figured out what was going on. I was Alpha now, which meant that I couldn't move as freely as I wanted. There were people under my care whom I had to look after now.

Corina said, her grin seemingly growing on her face, to my slight ire. As I opened my mouth to speak, a ‘ding’ was heard. Straight from my phone. I took it out, and saw it was a text from the Alpha. “I’m at the front door, waiting for you. Don’t take much longer,” it read. I was shocked, reading this message. I did not think he was going to come pick me up. Although, the fact that he actually came to get me did make me feel a little warm deep down. “Oh? What’s this? A message from Mr. Alpha?” Corina asked, trying to take a peek at the message, in which I hastily hid.

Gritting my teeth, I replied. “Forgive me, Alpha.” I continued, “You just caught me by surprise.” Endure it. Just a bit more. It’s just a matter of time. And what alpha slices through your head every time he gives an order with your mindlink? A psychopath, that’s what. “Has the girl I requested for arrived at the border?” He asked, completely ignoring my reasoning. I clenched my fists tightly by my sides. The fact that he’d have the privilege to gaze at what was mine, unsettled me.

I could not afford to be upset now. "The alpha sent a maid to get me. Let me in," I said as calmly as I could and added a please at the end. They looked at each other again before moving out of the way for me. My lips twisted into a smile and I quickly walked in before they changed their mind. The alpha was seated on his study table with his head in his palms. I looked across the room and I could see the empty plates. I smiled to myself. He had eaten the food and the drug must have begun working on him.

This pack is my only source of joy and happiness. It seem I'm cursed to always spoil everywhere single opportunities that comes my way. I hope I don't get expel by the Alpha.

I smiled. "What if I did?" He said, trying to be bold. "Even if you did... it would never work out." I blurted. He flinched at what I said and didn't talk anymore. I waited and waited but he didn't say a thing, even his friends didn't utter a word. "She's right, you know?" Misa unexpectedly said, making me look at her. "I'm sure you heard me say it before, you know... when you were eavesdropping. He's an alpha and not just any alpha, he's an elite among elite."

My clever Alpha, I know you are strong, I am just curious as to how strong you can be. "You got yourself a deal, My Alpha," I said as I offered my hand for a handshake to close the deal, as I make sure to make my voice as seductively as I can. "By the way, when I want something My Alpha, I always get it," I added with a wink. I saw his eyes flicker from hazel to black and back to hazel. I got Levi's attention. Yep, I'm definitely making sure that I will win this match.

I pushed all thoughts of her to the back of my mind, so I could focus on other important things like my new position as the Alpha King. The door opened slightly. My head snapped up to see my best friend and newly appointed Grand Beta, Harrison, entering the room with a grim expression. He bowed his head once before looking me directly in the eyes. “Is she gone?” I stood up from the bed, straightening to my full height. “Yes, she's gone,” I paused. “And she's never coming back.”

An Alpha is possessive, they take and claim, they don´t share, or wait for their mate to be ready, or get her head out of her ass. I don´t know where all of this is coming from, or who the woman who answered was, but I looked at them and took a deep breath: "Please..."

These thoughts got me going until I got to the boarders of my pack. "It's the alpha." Someone screamed as soon as I stepped into the boarders of the pack. It was mother luck in their side that hadn't slacked off their duties. I would have had them eliminated with the others that let me gat taken away. "Alpha Cian." He ran to me a look of worry on his face. Like I cared.
