Novel & Cerita The Alpha King's Mistake Blackflame

But there was something deadly about his tone. I didn’t answer. His eyes stayed on mine the whole time. He didn’t blink. By the time he reached the last step and stood in front of me, I felt like he had already taken me apart without even touching me. “I’m Mason Blackwell,” he said. “Alpha of the Bloodfang Pack. And you are?” I lifted my chin a little. My knees were weak, but I forced myself to speak. “Cassie.” He repeated my name slowly, like he was tasting it. “Cassie.”

Not the man everyone admired. My legs weakened. Heat broke across my skin as Mordane repeated it, sealing my fate with a single breath. “Kael Blackwood,” he said. “That is your Night Alpha.”

A second wasn't wasted anymore before the Alpha King, Shawn, in front of his underlings, metamorphosed into his gorgeous wolf and then hurled himself into the burning restaurant. “Your Majesty!” almost everyone present yelled in astonishment once he leaped in. Will the Alpha be alright? Even for a surreal being like himself, the flames of this fire were abnormally strong. Could no one seriously tell? As the Alpha went into the excessively burning establishment, the firefighters focused fully on extinguishing the flames. Some held different extinguishers, while other hoes blurted out profuse water; all were centered on the burning building. Yet…a single ember of flame wasn't put out – it kept

The Alpha King must hate me so much that he had to kill my parents, the ones who gave me life in this world. Her head remained looking at the ground she could not see, “I did not mean to disrespect the King, I —” “Yet you still did! You have endangered the pack! Because of you people died!” the Alpha shouted at her, his hand moved to the burnt house and the families affected as if Georgia could see them. In a slow and guilting manner, gritting his teeth in anger, he added, “Including your parents. You killed them with your insolence.”

He said, letting out a cruel laugh, his eyes glinting with contempt. “I am still you mate!” She exclaimed, her chest heaving with anger and sadness. Kaden sneered at her, his voice dripping with disgust, “Well I, Alpha Kaden, Alpha of the Lykai Pack, reject you, Maddie Elyria as my mate.” He declared. Maddie felt a searing pain in her chest as she let out a blood-curdling scream. Without showing any remorse, Kaden strode over to her and grasped her wrist, his grip like a vice. He raised her wrist into his mouth and sank his teeth into her skin, drawing blood before spitting it out in disgust.

“In dreams. That scent. Those eyes. I’ve felt them.” “You don’t know me.” “Then why are your hands shaking?” She looked down. They were. She swore softly under her breath and climbed off him. “Your time’s up.” “I don’t want it to be.” “It doesn’t matter what you want.” He stood, blocking the exit. “Don’t walk away.” Her eyes locked with his, fierce and unflinching. “Do not try to Alpha me.” “I’m not trying. I am the Alpha.” “Then act like one and let me go.”

“Constantine’s hate and envy have blinded him. If he could accept the fact, he would live happily. But no, he always wants what’s mine. So I will give him a lesson if he tries to bother Helena again.” “Alpha, do you want to get a new Beta? I don’t mind if you do that.” “No. You are my best friend and my man. Who else should I trust more than you?” “Even after I made a big mistake?” “I made a huge mistake with Lynnette too. But as an Alpha, it affects all when I make a mistake. Moreover, I made a mistake because of lust. While you, because of your good heart.” “No, I have no good heart. I’m a fool who doesn’t know the difference between diamond and mud.”

And that lack of knowledge scared me more than anything. I knew that the fated Last Alpha King, Alexander Black, was at the helm when the werewolf kingdom fell. That the grief of loosing his mate, made him weak. Weak enough that his enemies descended in and ravaged the land until there was little left. That the son, Thomas Black, would pick up the pieces of what was left behind and would create a new pack, the Eclipse Pack.

I yelled and demanded in my Alpha voice, slowly opening my eyes as the burning got easier and I could withstand the pain. “I, Alpha Ralph, yield to Alpha Noel,” he mumbled and accepted the defeat. I looked in the direction of the Alpha King whose face was scorching in the flames of fury but as soon as our eyes confronted, he gave me a curt nod and insinuated to me to leave Ralph so I did. The sight of his bloody face covered in blood was satisfying enough, I left him and he coughed blood. ‘He deserved that, if it would have been me, I perhaps would have killed him,’ Luca uttered in my mind with gritted teeth. ‘Now, let’s find our mate.’

they clawed at my heart like an invisible fist crushing it tight. I sought out the pack elders and demanded Elena’s mark be removed. They warned me. Defying the Moon Goddess’s blessing would not only bring unbearable agony, but it could also strip me of everything: My Alpha King status, my power. I stood firm. “I accept whatever pain I must endure for my mistakes.” The ritual began. Spells surged through me like lightning, shattering my heart and every bone in my body, wracking me with spasms. Leah’s laughter and tears tangled in my mind, stirring torment.
