There are things in life that can drive a person to do things he has to in order to survive. Things that will change a person for the rest of his life. People go through a certain situation that will flip the switch and turn off the light. Sometimes, even the holiest person can turn evil. Even the ones with the strongest faith can lose it with a flick of a finger. Events that will make a person forget everything he stood for. According to some, Lucifer was never evil. He was an angel before he was painted as the devil. His name even meant morning star.

I pulled a book from the shelf, its cover adorned with intricate gold filigree, and settled into a near president to read. The book was a comprehensive companion to the history of angels and their fall from grace. As I read, I learned about the great elysian rebellion led by Lucifer, the brightest and most important of the angels. It detailed the events that led to the fall, the creation of Hell, and the eternal struggle between good and evil. My heart contended as I came across passages that mentioned Lorcan, though not by name, but by description a important departed angel, second only to Lucifer, known for his strength and fidelity.

This is because Lucifer was once known as the most beautiful angel in heaven before he was thrown down from heaven, turning into a demon (the devil). So basically, Dina is saying that Genad is the incarnation of Lucifer- hot, angelic yet devilish. (OR JUST PLAINLY FUCKING HOT KYAA!!)
