It was later on revealed that Steve brought a speaking book with them. This sentient book was an a limited edition enchanted artifact he happened to chance upon being sold at Madam Xu's general merchandise.

Mrs Smith smilingly uttered which made Samantha halt in her reading and glanced at Andrea and Lori. The two also glanced at her meaningfully before they shifted their stares on their teacher. At the Library, Albert effortlessly lifted his hand on the top shelf on the 3rd row by the window getting a new book. The signage displayed 'Public Speaking' 'Communications' and 'Psychology'. He chuckled again, whilst my cheeks burned red. “You do not need to know any such detail. Simply think of what you wish to learn and what you need – the books will present themselves to you” he instructed. “You speak of them with care. As if they are .. alive????”, I looked at him puzzled. “They are. They magic within them maybe ancient, but it is alive” he said looking at the book, caressing its covers gently as if it was a child.

Ava The Las Vegas Book Festival was held in a sprawling park just off the strip. Tents stretched across the grass, white canopies flapping in the desert wind.
