Someone had re-fashioned the choker using a pale ribbon and, when he glanced towards the bed, he saw her poetry book on a cushioned chair beside it. Ketil wondered why he had not been invited in ere now. Was she mad with him? He’d allowed her a few days to recover but tonight, just the sight of her was causing the beast to stir within. It didn’t help that the royal costume was fashionably low-cut and that her signature rosewater scent was everywhere. “What do you think, my Queen?” he asked, sitting down on the one remaining high-backed chair. He had fallen for that one before in the late King’s chamber, sitting on the lower, padded version and feeling like a peasant for most of the discussio

I went to shower and after changing to my satin pajama set I got to bed and took my phone to scroll down but one thing caught my attention. Owner of Estelle Couture, gold digger or not. Bingo.

What he valued the most was her. Zackary then said, "Thirsty? There's nothing to say to an ungrateful girl like her. It's only you that care about me. You are my little princess. No matter if it's you, or the puppy you raise, I will give you all the best." The lovely scene in front of me made my already trembling heart sting more and more, like a big hand choking my neck making it hard to breathe. I didn't want to see the two of them being intimate. I dodged Zackary's hesitant outstretched hand, burying that unspeakable sourness and jealousy in the bottom of my heart.

Jake was at the door tonight, so he would tell me the visitor's name easily. What made me a little disappointed was that Olivia told me that she would soon be passing by my post, but time was passing and she didn't showed up yet. I looked up and the light in the princess's bedroom remained on. Finally, around eleven o'clock, the lights in the princess's room went out and I smiled, imagining that if the princess had gone to bed, my girlfriend would see me soon, as she would already be off for the night. And sure as the sun rising in the east, soon she appeared, still in her maid's clothes. This uniform, though heavy, felt like a second skin to her. I wondered if she wasn't comfortable without

Aidinth laughed and asked, "How did I know?" We walked to the art supplies store, and Aidinth opened the door for me. Two of my guards followed us in, and two stayed outside. I smiled at the man behind the counter. He was huge like everyone else here, but starting to grey around the edges of his light brown hair and his blue eyes shone with excitement as he asked, "Is this our new Princess?" Aidinth nodded, "She is. Princess Chloe, this is Ejder Long, the owner of your favorite store on the planet." I laughed as I held out my hand for him to shake. He shook my hand and bowed, "Princess Chloe, I am honored that you would come into my store." I laughed, "Please, it's just Chloe. You will be se

If it weren't for her blood link, she would have stayed here for eternity, relishing in the luxury of the King's favour. On her first night, she called the servants into her room, ordered piles of chocolates and candies to be delivered, along with a tailor to be sent at their earliest convenience to fit her for her royal gowns. Some old dresses had been removed from courtesans closets and given to her instead, which undoubtedly infuriated those nagging women. The closet the King had ordered had not arrived yet and would undoubtedly be unsuitable for a Queen. She wondered if her title remained as a member of the Amiran guild. Nonetheless, she wanted custom gowns of her own. She ordered a bubb

Deril laughed so hard. “I think you’re drinking, Miss. Are you a princess? Look at you!” the young man said while laughing. Astonished at the young man’s behavior, Queenie saw herself. She wore a light brown dress with a simple style, long dangling. Although the dress was so fitting and attached to her body, but looked like a dress from an ordinary person. It wasn’t an expensive dress at all. Because of it, the man in front of her was funny about Queenie’s explanation. In her, there was no sign that Queenie was the Princess of the Bright River Kingdom. Ignoring Queenie’s confusion, the young ‘man opened the closet in the corner.

She checked the rest of the books hoping to find something more in those books but nothing . She's pretty sure a few books on Witches ain't really in the library.. She shrugged her shoulders and kept reading the books in front of her and took off her Cloak and leaned backwards on the chair when someone knocked softly and the door was pushed open.. It was a maid, she was carrying a cup of water with her as she walked towards the princess.. "His Highness ask me to bring water to the princess." She bow slightly and placed the water Infront of the princess while trying to avoid making eye contact with the princess..

After I dried my hands, my phone lit up. [The succession ceremony is ready.] [Please return to our territory as soon as possible, Princess.] [Understood.] Right after I sent my reply, I went into the bedroom to pack. The moment I opened the closet, I froze. There was a set of unfamiliar white-laced lingerie inside. It was boldly revealing. The skirt was so short it barely covered anything. It looked as if it had been left there as an open challenge.

I heard the maid snap her hands— about 7 other maids rushed in. “Wow,” I said, eyeing the renovated closet. Everything was in a transparent glass, like a fashion design shop would look like. White translucent lights, there were various sections for gowns, shoes, bags, trousers and casuals. C-O-L-O-R-S! It was almost like I was a charmed princess in a Barbie school. I couldn’t believe these things still existed, especially in a vampire Kingdom? “Where did you get all this stuff?” I asked alarmingly.
