“Oh my god! You don’t know what a club recruitment day is? Where have you been in? A cave or moon?” “Yeah yeah…now tell me what that is?” rolling her eyes at Maya, Quinlynn indifferently waved her hands in dismiss. ‘It would be nice if I would be in either of those two places without anyone to disturb my life.’ “Anyway, a Club recruitment day is a day where seniors in the different club will come recruit or attract the first years in their club. These clubs range from sports clubs to other weird thingy clubs. You can make contacts with others in your clubs, forge bonds and make friends!” Maya said as she looked at Quinlynn with burning eyes, “So Quinlynn, let’s go together!”

He frowned down at me, shrugged, and said, “Well, then let’s go. If we’re late we’re going to hear about it.” I shuddered. If we were late, we might as well be dead, because no other excuse would be sufficient. And my mother would find us beyond the grave to make our lives hell, anyway. The club wasn’t far away, just a couple of miles around the edge of town, nestled between some manicured hills. A golf course, a restaurant and bar, tennis courts and a pool. All the amenities, dressed up in lots of stonework façade and huge shiny glass windows, with antique-looking clocks and lamps and bullshit like that to add what they probably hoped was old-world ambiance.

Thank the Goddess—someone shut him down. They start roasting Jai about his dry spell since breaking up with Sadie two months ago. He’s been dying of blue balls ever since. We drink a little, eat some steak the omegas sent up, and then head to the club. The Claw is a shifter-only club on the edge of Artemis territory, popular for a reason. She had expected Adi to take her to a casual cafe but instead, they walked into a club. Placed on the edge of the bustling city, the club was called Drai's and was known for its high-end crowd and party scene. "Adi, are they even going to let us in? Club Titans was it's usual bustling high - energy self. This was the clubhouse frequented by the high and top ranking members of the business community. It was the place where its members hung out in private, to relax and enjoy each others company. The interior was immaculately kept, as every club member's taste were. Even the sofas were perfectly oiled and fresh. The bar was on one end of the room, where you could easily enjoy the company of several bottles of brandy, or at the very least some good Scottish whisky, while one's own private fire place acted as an extra bit of atmosphere.

She took out a blue crop top and a black pair of jeans and let down her towel as she started wearing the top. "What's a club?" She inquired. "A club is where humans go to have fun, dance, and drink something they consider "living the good life." Medusa beamed.
