The Crescent Heir
Romulus asked, still staring at him from where his chin rested against the cool stone railing.
"I don't need one." Deimon replied coldly, each word clipped clean. "It'll be considered impromptu. Besides — I'm a Crescent godhead now." He said it the casually, as though the title itself excused every trespass that followed it.
"That still doesn't warrant you stepping into another territory unannounced. Another dynasty, no less." Romulus said, sitting up a little straighter now, some old instinct for danger pricking beneath his skin. "Not even Adolphus Grimmwald would dare that, and that man dares near everything."
