"Today is coronation day and we would be announcing the 6 lovely women chosen for this year's Alpha." Royal Consorts are not just for Alpha's per se, they're made to be wives of any male with an Alpha bloodline. Last 6th of June, consorts were chosen for one of the financial advisors back at the palace. Coronation days are only done every 6th of June and 6th of December.

Emma listened in horror and said, “Your Highness, I do not agree!” Luna Daisy glared at her. “Why not? Do you find the position of Crown Consort beneath you? Or perhaps you’d rather be the Principal Consort?” In an instant, the atmosphere in the tent became tense. Emma shook her head. “No, I don’t want to be a Principal Consort either. You’re right, the position of Seventh Prince is unique, and in the future, there will be many more people he’ll favor and cherish. But my husband, for the rest of my life, will be only me.”

" He said. "But surely i know there are also a lot of descendants from that Emperor or whatever. Why not choose from them? " "You have the perfect DNA resembling those from The great Emperor from the Tang dynasty. You are the perfect heir and they need you to bring back monarchy in this country. " "How did you know i have the perfect DNA resembling his? " "Oh! I snuck into your room and I took your tootbrush for DNA testing. " He explained. I frowned. "That's why my brush went missing! it's you! And why do you people even want to bring back the monarch? I've read from books that the monarchy isn't a very good experience for the people. "

was being delivered publicly, a calculated humiliation designed to break Lionel’s spirit and cement Genevieve’s status as the new queen of Wisteria. "And what of the Quinton Consortium?" Lionel asked, his voice a low, resonant baritone. "They won't take kindly to their partners being dismantled." Genevieve let out a short, sharp laugh. "The Quinton Consortium is currently… occupied. My benefactor has ensured that their attention is focused elsewhere. They’re a family of ghosts, Lionel, haunting a legacy that is rapidly being liquidated."

Prologue I woke up not feeling good, and something is happening inside my body. I can’t tell how or why, but I know something is different. My head is swirling, and my stomach is gagging up with my head. I feel terrible. Slowly I got up from my bed, and I looked at the empty bed beside me. I smile, a sweet smile escapes from my lips. I know Alejandro was in his office right now. I have heard that Emma Dowager is coming today. She is the tenth duchess of Montoro, a very close friend of Alejandro, and one of his business partners. It is early, and now he is busy. Being the country's Count is a big responsibility that Alejandro was carrying every day, and it did not bother me at all, as long as

“He would never.” A few nodded quickly, eager to agree. Others looked away. Lady Isolde—the eldest, silver-haired, the unofficial leader of this perfumed viper’s nest—leaned forward, fingers steepled, eyes gleaming. “Of course not, Your Highness. But the North is… traditional. An Alpha of Lord Vuk’s power, with the council always pressing for alliances, for heirs…” She let the words hang, heavy and deliberate. “A second consort is not unheard of. Practical, even.”

I said. He inclined his head like he wasn’t twisting a blade. “Understandable. But by the end of the season, if no Luna is named... we’ll have to suggest a ceremonial consort. The Accord demands it.” Consort. Really? They should have just said pawn. Some other woman sitting where Layla belongs. Wearing my crest. Sharing my table. While Layla—what? Fades into the background again? No. “Not happening,” I muttered. Faelan’s voice dropped, pretending softness. “It’s not personal. It’s the throne, the Legacy.”

I saw as his eyes moved from one handkerchief to another, his gaze stopped at a very beautiful and well patterned,he picked it up,he studied it "This will do" he turn to his mother and she nodded "Lady Agatha Danbury come forward" Lady Agatha stood up arrogantly, she's the Prime Minister's daughter, and looks down on everyone She walked gracefully to the center and bow to His Majesty, she smiled at him and winked but his expression never changed.

Enchantia boasted herself while patting her average chest. Nevaeh laughed after hearing her daughter. She was totally a jokester; she was happy to hear the confidence in her voice. Enchantia never worried her about anything. If there was nothing at home, she will never cry about it. She had that overload confidence in her which lessened their worry. “Yes, my baby is the best. If he ever troubles you then leave him, my daughter can still become a royal consort.” “Yes, yes, now you get me. You don’t have to worry about anything mom, I will make him eat in the palm of my hands. He will be a slave to my love, so don’t worry and prepare to receive your rich son in law.”

Faith asked, stepping back. “It’s a Nightshade crest,” Killian said, grabbing her hand. He didn't ask. He slipped the ring onto her finger. It felt strangely warm, as if it were vibrating against her skin. “As of this moment, you aren't just my ward. You are my Official Consort.
