All looking at her with expectation. “I’m not your queen,” Luna said. Voice strong but soft. “I’m not your goddess. I’m Luna. Daughter of Elena. Daughter of Valen. Mate of Damian. Wolf of Two Moons who chose Many Moons.” She paused. Looked at each face in the crowd. “And from today, there are no more Courts. No more Silver Moon. No more Blood Moon. No more Free Wolves. There’s just us. Wolves. With as many moons as we have choices to make.”

It didn't matter if her breath caught and her heart nearly skipped a beat when she met those silver eyes again, and was surprised to realize that, in fact, he looked as tired and haggard as in the many dreams she had had about him. She was no longer the Deborah he had known. She was no longer the scared girl who would cry and hide from his scornful gaze. That girl had died the day his pack tried to burn her alive. Now, she was a Luna. And she would prove to that wolf he no longer had any power over her. “Let’s go outside.” She ordered coldly, before he had the chance to speak again “All these poor people don’t deserve to have their night ruined by you, just like I did.”

However, queen Naya seemed very impressed by what Melina did. After thinking about what Melina had said, the people began to murmur among themselves. “Melina is truly a kind person, she deserves to the luna ” “She loves the Alpha so much, that's she is willing to take the blames for his silliness? Wow! ” “I wonder what spell that lunatic girl has cast on the Alpha, he keeps chasing after her like a lost puppy ” “She has our best interest at heart, she is the right person to become our luna, she is generous”

The sound caused Danica's heart to clench painfully as she continued to listen. Closing her eyes she tried to calm her mind and her heart, this too was something she needed to become accustomed to if she ever wanted to be a suitable Luna. Without waiting for an answer, the door opened and Lana entered, carrying a tray with food and drinks on it. “I brought dinner.” She said as she walked to the table closest to the bed. She placed the tray there, before sitting on the edge of the bed. “Are you okay?” She asked Debora who instinctively moved closer to her. “My thighs hurts,” She mumbled. Lana, who was bigger and more muscular, lifted Debora's small body and held her in her arms. "Forgive me." “For my sore thighs or something else?” “Both,” Lana answered. “Charles… he tried to harm Luna Chloe through Laura Denmir, you might be called to see Alpha Cillian sooner or later.” She answered with a sad expression. "Why are you doing this? I am your Luna?" Alison Carter, Luna of the Rose Moon Pack, cried while clutching her side. Bleeding from her Alpha's claws. Her red long hair was now drenched with blood. Her sapphire eyes reflected her fear and disgust against the perpetrators.

Rainn replied, "Whom?" Beau said raising a brow questioningly. "Fala." My brows furrowed as he stared at her in confusion, "I'm sorry but who's Fala?" "She's soon to become the Luna of tribe Fianna, one of the thirteen tribes of Gaia." Rainn replied nonchalantly.

The siren song, echoing through the walls, chilling my bones. "Luna!" I shouted, racing down the hallway, panic gripping me like icy claws. Finn's voice came frantic from one of the rooms. "Mom!" I burst through the bedroom door, stumbling to a halt at the sight before me. Luna lay on the bed, tiny body shaking violently, her long hair spread like dark silk over the pillow. Her eyes were wide open—glowing softly with a faint, eerie blue-green light—and the song spilling from her lips was ancient, heartbreaking, powerful. She was convulsing, her small fingers clenched tight in the sheets.

The insult lands like a physical blow. Liam stands. Voice dropping to dangerous levels. "Careful, Alpha Kiera. You're provoking the wrong Luna." "Am I? Or am I exposing a weakness?" She doesn't look at him. Keeps her eyes locked on mine. "The Dormant Luna. Bonded with lunar stone. Destroyer of facilities. Leader of hybrids. But can she actually fight? Or is she just golden energy and pretty eyes?" I feel the room shift. Every Alpha watching. Waiting. Judging.
