You have three minutes.” He didn't need to speak twice, as I ran to my room and grabbed my phone. The screen was cracked a little, but it still had its uses. Was this man joking with me? Fifty million dollars was a piece of cake for me. I could even pay five hundred million if he requested it. “Huh?” My bank app declined the payment. I stared into the stranger's face apprehensively, all the while checking the time. I had one minute and thirty seconds left.
