The moment they stepped out of the room, a knowing smirk formed on Stan's face as he took in her hair and dress beneath the coat which belonged to Vincent. “It seems I just disrupted a sweet moment between you two. My apologies,” he chuckled and Minerva blushed scarlet and crimson. Vincent threw his friend and right-hand man a death look but a smile slipped through his cold facade. “What is happening?” He asked. “The dragon earlier just made an appearance.” Stan said with fear in his eyes. “WHAT!” Both Vincent and Minerva yelled in chorus. Stan scratched his head in hesitation. “And he came with friends.”

She stared at the dragon, “It looks real to me” “How do you know that if you have never seen one before” She shrugged, “You have a point” They watched it strut about for a while before he spoke, “Look how poised it is, no iota of aggression. Dragons want to be free not chained and restricted” She nodded, “It looks so much at peace for a captured dragon”, she turned to him, “What do you suggest be done?” “I suggest we go behind the tent when all these charades are over and ask this imposter some questions”

laughed the dragon king who tried his best to keep his serious composure without being noticed by her . " What does your freedom have to do with your lack of sex appeal ?! " said the dragon king . " Well.......emmm.........your majesty , being your wife in name only is a blessing in itself . If you were to never pay attention to me , that would be even more of a blessing . After i sent the email i waited and waited but no reply had come and i was tired i dosed off without reaslizing it. my phone viberated my face and it woke my from my sleep. it was an email from the dragon. Reply: I don't give second chances to those who waste my time. although you seemed kind of desperate so heres my proposal. Ill be willing to give you back your appointment for tomorrow but youll have to give me the amount of five thousand dollars. now if you can’t give me that amount then i will not be seeing you. the choice is yours. the dragon.

I grabbed him by the neck and gritted out, “No one speaks to me like that.” The next moment I was shoved against the wall by an invisible force. We dragons won’t allow anything or anyone to choose partners for us. We just choose whoever we like and be with them.” She curled up her lips to a snooty smile, and then looked at Cory. “Isn’t it, sweetie? You proposed to me in the same season. You don’t buy the mate thing either. Compared with your allegedly fated mate, it’s me you truly love.”

“So how about I propose a deal to you? Not like you have a choice anyway,” “Stay away from Green and I and we’ll forgive all of your misdeeds. Go against us and I wouldn’t hesitate to slaughter you and many dragons I can set my eyes on, so what do you say?” I growled and he quickly nodded. “Good. Now get out of here before I change my mind.”
