Royalty In Rag: Return Of The Wolfless Queen

Royalty In Rag: Return Of The Wolfless Queen

“We’ll win.” Kincaid scoffed. “Really? You believe that rubbish about good winning over evil?” But his voice carried less hopelessness than before. “Of course,” Raymond drawled. “The bad might think they’ve got the upper hand for a while. But guess what? The good always win. Ever heard of the end justifying the means?” Kincaid shook his head, but there was the faintest hint of a smile tugging at his mouth. Athena caught Raymond’s eye. He winked, his gaze dipping to the V of her ruched gown. Heat curled low in her belly at the suggestive glint in his eyes.

For new readers, this is my first werewolf story, but you can be rest assured that it is well-researched and will be worth your while. It promises strength, love, romance, steamy scenes, exciting plot-twists, revenge, power-rise, redemption and more. Your review, comments & vote will be appreciated.

I am really enjoying this book. I like Athena's character and her growth too. Love how supportive Raymond is. Richard is such an awful person. And Susan? Uggh, don't even get me started! I like the consistent update too. Weldone author.

Bound by Twisted Fate

Bound by Twisted Fate

"Alpha Thane. You should understand warfare just as well as the rest of us. If not better. The winning decisions are never easy to make." I knew that. I had made so many calls in my life that hadn't been easy. That had made me question my own morality. "You're new to our fight." Celeste spoke. "But believe me when I say the ends always justify the means." I stood up and stared at Celeste. "She deserves better."

So lovely to see a book on this site using correct grammar. I don't love the sudden personality shift of the main character. I would have softened him originally if she was going to follow that behavior trend. However, overall, compelling story where you want to learn more about the characters.

Mated To The Cursed Alpha

Mated To The Cursed Alpha

"Love shouldn't require torture and murder." "In a perfect world, no. But this isn't a perfect world. It's a world where psychotic Alphas curse entire packs and guilty brothers steal bodies and the people trying to stop them have to get their hands dirty." She squeezes my hand. "You're doing the best you can with impossible choices. That's all anyone can ask." I want to believe her. Want to think that the ends justify the means, that saving Kael makes everything else acceptable. But I can still hear that man screaming in the farmhouse.

Hearts at the Helm:A Billionaire's Gamble on Love

Hearts at the Helm:A Billionaire's Gamble on Love

"To further my interests. Kovac would have bled my company dry and put thousands of people on the street without remorse. I stopped it. The ends justify the means." He gazed out over the brilliant skyline. "This city, this world, is a twilight bargain, Miles. It's never about what's in the box. It's about what's hidden in the corners." Jonah fell silent. He had learned to use leverage, as promised. But the lesson had been more of a contagion than an education. He had glimpsed the wickedness that lay at the heart of Julian Clarkson's genius, and he knew with a chill of conviction that part of it was within him, too.

End Me, Mend Me

End Me, Mend Me

After that, he would be free from the Blackwoods' control and could take me far away from all of this. He said he never imagined I would really try to end my life. When he kicked down the door and saw me lying on the floor in the red dress, his entire world shattered. "I thought… I thought you were just angry with me. I didn't know you had lost all will to live," Damien said. I listened in silence, completely numb. His explanations felt meaningless against the weight of a lost life and two unborn children. I understood, then, that broken trust could never be repaired.

THE ROGUE QUEEN

THE ROGUE QUEEN

“But Kael… I just stood there and let that man be terrified of me. I let him think I would hurt him if he didn’t talk.” “Did you actually hurt him?” Kael asked. “No. But I think I would have if Maya told me to. And that scares me.” Kael stopped stretching and looked at me. "You want to know what scares me? The thought of losing you. Losing Lyra, Zara, Maya, everyone here. That scares me more than anything I might have to do to protect us." “So… you think the ends justify the means?” I asked. “No,” he said. “But sometimes there aren’t any good choices. Only less horrible ones.” He stood up slowly. “You didn’t harm that prisoner. You used fear to get information. That’s different from hurting
