The Billionaire Heiress: yes, Use me

The Billionaire Heiress: yes, Use me

"What do you mean, no? I am the majority shareholder of Crestview Holdings, Xavier. I am perfectly capable of deciding what enters my digestive tract." "The nutritional guide from the prenatal team explicitly forbids unpasteurized dairy and street-vendor meats during the first twelve weeks, Lara," he stated, calmly adjusting the sleeves of his white shirt as if he were delivering a court injunction rather than denying me my dinner. "You asked for street-bound tacos with extra habanero salsa. The capsaicin levels alone will trigger your gastric lining and exacerbate your morning sickness. I’ve already instructed the personal chef to prepare an organic, iron-rich spinach and wild salmon puree.

My Best Friend's Dad

My Best Friend's Dad

she paused, eyeing me with that hawk-like scrutiny again, “Naturally proportioned, by industry standards. Gorgeous, yes. But too soft in some places.” I swallowed. “I’ve been eating better-” “You will follow a new diet now,” she cut in. She slid a printed meal plan across the table. It was color-coded, precise, and terrifying. Breakfast: 1 egg white, steamed spinach, 1 cup black coffee. Lunch: Grilled chicken (80g), kale salad, lemon water. Dinner: Steamed fish, broccoli, no carbs after 5PM. Snacks: Almonds (10 only), green juice, cucumber slices.

Silent Rejection

Silent Rejection

She couldn’t stop grinning. “Someone’s very much crazy right now,” Hannah grumbled as Quinn nudged Graham. Hannah stared at the steak as she ate the broccoli. “Protein diet is more effective than carbs, love.” He whispered. She was hungry a while ago but after the encounter, she lost her appetite. “Eat more.” He said softly. She looked up at him as he sliced the steak for her. One bite and she knew that she had to finish it. “How is it?” Gordon asked his beloved.

Forced to Marry my Sister’s Fiancée

“Pain on one side?” “No.” “Dizziness?” “Sometimes,” I whispered. That one was true. I had felt dizzy since the moment I stepped onto this island of lies. He nodded, scribbling notes, then moved on to counseling. “Let’s talk about diet. Avoid raw fish, undercooked meat, unpasteurized milk, and excessive caffeine.” I nodded dutifully, even though the only thing killing me right then was guilt, not food. “For vitamins, make sure you’re taking folic acid daily. It’s crucial at this early stage.”

A Werewolf Fantasy

A Werewolf Fantasy

And so, dinner began and everyone helped themselves to the generous offering of roasted meat, steamed vegetables, grilled fish, and a variety of fresh fruits. No wonder everyone here looks fit, Erin mused internally. With a diet like this that was devoid of fat, refined sugars, and MSG, none of these people will ever have to worry about the possibility of gaining weight or the struggle that came with trying to shed the excess. Aren’t they just lucky! “It is good to finally see a smile on your lips,” said a familiar male voice beside her. “I was beginning to worry that you might develop many wrinkles around your always puckered lips before we reach Denai’ Vena.”

You don’t mess with her family. She and Jess have been butting heads since Jess was hired. It’s been our entertainment. Jess eats a vegan, organic diet. You would think she spit in Gabriella’s food. If it doesn’t have masa and lard, Gabriella doesn’t consider it real food. We all put in additional time in the gym to counterbalance the extra calories. We wouldn’t dream of making Gabriella cook special diets for us. Absolutely amazing read! Great reader captivation, there seems to actually be a quality editorial team proofreading this novel. I highly recommend it to anyone on this app! To date it is the only novel I've paid to read and I've been using the app for the better part of 6months.

Diagnosis: Love

Diagnosis: Love

"I'd like to hear what you're doing and how you settled on those particular methods." "Of course." I took a deep breath, striving to sound professional and not at all as though I was remembering the glow of intensity on Deacon's face as he'd bent me over this piece of furniture once upon a time. "Well, first of all, of course we had already recommended a change in diet designed to help his body tolerate the chemotherapy and fight the cancer cells. George eliminated all sugar from his diet, which was a huge deal. It's not easy to do, but he was committed, and he did it." I paused. "We increased his soluble fiber intake and recommended pairing protein with carbs. We also increased his vitamin

Weight Gain Murder

Weight Gain Murder

"Jenny didn't lose weight because of those meals." Mom and Jenny both froze, but I ignored them and continued. "Everyone knows Jenny and I have a severe inherited disorder that causes obesity. Ordinary diets and exercise can't make us lose weight! So, how did Jenny lose so much after one month of ordinary diet meals? Doesn't that seem strange to you?" The neighbors whispered among themselves. "Now that she mentions it, that does seem strange." "Don't tell me there really is something else going on here?" I took a bar of medicated soap and a bottle of pills out of my bag.

Second Chance Arrangement

Second Chance Arrangement

Paige It’s been a month since the doctor diagnosed me with Gilbert’s Syndrome, and I’m already feeling the benefits of my diet change. Dallas has really helped me stay away from unhealthy sugars and kept me accountable, even though it hasn’t been easy. I love him, though, probably even more than before. He pulls me close every morning with cuddles and kisses before he heads off to the gym—what a sap! I don’t have to worry about Dallas leaving me for some supermodel; he loves me too much.

I can't say it's a good story—it's a lovely, heart-melted story, and I'm starting to love it... I cry out when I read it from the first, and my heart skips a beat when it comes to Dallas's accident ... I want to read more and more🥹

Abigail's Absent Husband Is A CEO

Abigail's Absent Husband Is A CEO

Stella saw how Abigail was enjoying her dessert and said enviously, "Abigail, how are you able to not get fat while still eating so much?" Stella only ordered a small piece of steak and a small amount of fruit and vegetables. She would not dare to even eat the desserts. "When your daily activity is more than the calories that you eat in your stomach, you won't get fat." Abigail lifted her head and felt that she looked familiar. She thought about it and finally remembered who she was. "Are you the famous superstar Stella Dawson?" Stella smiled and answered, "Ah, oh no. Yet you still recognized me when I'm not wearing makeup."
