The Golden Forest Manga Mga Nobela at Kwento

My pulse slows. “Good,” Kyo murmurs. “Now… invite your wolf. But don’t surrender to her. Picture doors opening—not walls breaking.” I breathe. In. Out. And then—I’m gone. No, not gone. Lifted. The blackness melts away, replaced by golden light and the rich scent of moss. My feet are barefoot again, brushing soft grass. Trees tower above me, their canopies woven like lace. A garden. A forest. I can see everything. Joy rises so fast it nearly topples me.

"And that we might have to do something terrible if we can't save him." The others were waking now, drawn by our voices and the distress pulsing through our bond. Liam's hand found mine, squeezing gently as Brent and Fin moved closer, their bodies forming a protective circle around me. "Tell us everything," Fin urged. I described the silver forest, the white wolf with golden eyes, and the cryptic warning about a war larger than the one that had claimed my parents. As I spoke, Diamond stirred within me, her presence stronger than it had been after the goddess's possession but still subdued.

I smile softly. “Everything I was.” “Everything they were.” “And everything we’re meant to become.” He closes his eyes. And I feel it the bond. Familiar threads of silver (Aria), blue-white lightning (Clara), and gold (Ares). Woven together. Tighter than before. Stronger. Balanced. “Look at me,” I whisper. He does. The forest glows faintly responding to us. Recognizing me. Recognizing him. “Ares,” I say,

As the sounds of bone breaking and muffled screams filled the library, I picked up the laptop and slipped out through the broken glass into the freezing Highland rain. I ran toward the cliffside, the ledger in my hand and the fire in my soul. I was no longer the Golden Bird. I was the storm. And I was just getting started.

Talon leads the way bravely, but panic seizes me as we get deeper and deeper into parts we’ve never been to before. What could have brought him here, and why hasn’t he moved since we started approaching him? I ignore any worst-case scenario that tries to play in my brain. He’s fine. This is Axel we’re talking about. He’s bound to help himself. As if my thoughts bring good luck, we reach a part of the forest that thins out. The air is heavy with what I can only think is magic, golden dust lining the trees the closer we get. “What the hell happened here?” Ryker stops to observe some gold, but I drag him along.

"That makes it worse." Astraea stepped between us. "Open." "No," we said together. She sighed dramatically. Then slapped her little palm against the handprint. "Astraea!" The door exploded with golden light. Kazan grabbed her. I threw up ice. Ophelia screamed from the other chamber. Then—a voice thundered from beyond the door. Old. Deep. Wild. About damn time. Kazan froze. The door opened. Beyond it was not another mine. It was a forest. Ancient trees reached toward a blood-red sky. A huge figure sat beside a fire. Long gray hair. Bare feet. Scars covering almost every inch of his body. Two golden eyes opened. Wolf eyes.

His golden eyes boring into mine pinning me to my place like he had grabbed me by my shoulders and held me physically. He wasn't extraordinary handsome or even classically handsome, yet I felt the pull to him, nonetheless. His dark honey blond hair was exceptionally long and pulled into a tight fishbone braid down his back. His broad chest was encased in a soft-looking silk top that was bright white and slightly translucent, highlighting the skin underneath. His pants were the same soft-looking fabric, but bright gold with intricate designs woven throughout them. Across his forehead was a golden tattoo much more fluid and elaborate than everyone else's. Only these were similar to fire, like

‘So you came out and we were chatting about my cubhood—the time when I’d chat with Her about the forest. And then he told me about the time when he was little and he thought that the forest was the Goddess’s private garden. As I chuckled, he added in a lower tone, ‘then the crescent suddenly exploded—it ate me and I felt like I was on fire. Something was burning me from inside. I couldn’t feel anything except the heat. And I couldn’t see anything except that stupid golden light.’ Golden? I jerked back, feeling the surprise on my face, and Rum was puzzled. ‘What is it?’

The names continued, not as a list, but overlapping softly in the air, like voices finally introducing themselves after centuries of silence. Helena closed her eyes. “The network hears them.” Beneath Blackwood, a pale golden light appeared—not red, not white, but gold. The mist moved towards the ruined council house and vanished into the earth. Soren opened his eyes. Brown. Fully his own. Varro immediately pressed his head against the younger wolf’s neck. Aurora smiled. “We did it.” Helena did not. She was staring towards the northern forest. Luna noticed. “What?”

I also give them blessings as secrets, and I make sure that human hunters will not have any weapon to mortal them. “West, we should get the flower of illusion.” His forehead creased. “I saw them in the golden book in one specific story where it will give advantage to us, and it was used to fought human hunters in that book. We should give it a try because it was not written in there if it not useful.” He nodded his head. “Where can we find it?” “In the mystical forest,” I spoke. He called a group of warriors and gave orders. “They should at least have a bud in their body.” He nodded.
