The Hollow Adam Novels & Stories

After being satisfied looking at the innocent body that was so delicious for him like opium for him, Adam covered it with a blanket. He didn't feel willing that tonight he had to stop enjoying Alice's body, but he didn't have the heart to attack Alice again for now. He had been going crazy for a few moments, as if he had been fasting for a long time without touching women. after Alice Laurine Holmes had agreed to be his woman, Adam was so cheered because from now on Alice has become his property. Not only the body of Holmes's first daughter that he managed to possess, but also the woman's life is now in his control.

I prayed that they would be blessed with parents who truly loved them in their next lives. "Caroline, you must hate me." I turned to see Emery. He had come to his children's funeral after all. The man standing before me looked unrecognizable. He was unkempt, and his clothes were hanging loosely on him. In just a few days, he seemed to have aged a decade. His eyes were hollow. They were filled only with exhaustion and sorrow. He mumbled, "In our past life, I caused your death. In this one, I almost sent you to prison. You risked everything to save my children, and I treated you like a criminal."

The old lighthouse had been dark for years. Perched on the jagged edge of Widow’s Point, the Black Hollow Lighthouse had been abandoned since the night Keeper Alden Rowe vanished without a trace. No one had taken the position after that. Some said he’d fallen. Others whispered the sea had claimed him for a debt long unpaid. Mara didn’t believe in sea-debts. But she knew what she saw. Three flashes. Evenly spaced. Deliberate. The pattern repeated. Her little brother, Toby, burst into her room. “Did you see it?”

The symbol inside the Hollow burned into my vision. The compass. My compass. Identical. For a moment, I forgot how to breathe. “That… can’t be possible,” I whispered. Yet the truth pulsed through the bond, undeniable. The Hollow wasn’t simply born from imbalance. It had once been balance itself. The creature roared, its massive body writhing as silver, gold, and white light clashed against the darkness surrounding it. Cracks spread across its form, revealing flashes of the same radiant energy glowing within me.

Adam was stewing. Stewing and drinking and feeling generally sorry for himself. He knew and he wasn’t proud of it. But sometimes a person needed to sit and wallow for a bit, and then you could go back to your life and move the hell on. He finished his third beer, sighing. Morose music played in the background of his house; the lights were dimmed. If he’d put on black eyeliner and gotten his lip pierced, he could’ve given one of those emo kids a run for their money. Were kids still doing that these days? Adam stared at his beer can, wondering. Grace had been friends with a self-described emo kid who’d renamed himself Lucifer back in junior high, but Adam had missed that trend. Thank God.

The question asked what I will do—and I know what my Daniel expects of me. I etched the third option into the slate. Understand me now, Daniel. Trust that I have found my teeth. The screens flashed. They had also chosen the third option. “By the Abyss! That’s a false reading! How can they not know her nature?” Adam’s curse cut through the silence. It was the shock shared by everyone who thought they knew the 'Hollowed' girl. When the 'Correct' sigil glowed green, the Hall fell into a stunned hush.

Anthony waves goodbye as they drove down the driveway and out the gates, hopefully next time I see Adam, he'll be helping me get home. Hey everyone, you've now met Adam who plays a very important part in this whole story. Adam kept his word and went to look up the case, to say he was shocked was a huge understatement, wanna see how it went down? Adam turned his gaze towards a little girl who was dancing under the falling snow gracefully. "No plan," Adam replied briefly. When he decided to travel to Europe, he didn't have a special itinerary. Adam left, fed up with the incessant matchmaking of his mother, who is too afraid that the CEO position will be handed over to Matthew, the son of his father's mistress. So Adam, who already had a Schengen Visa, decided to temporarily escape to Europe. To calm his mind. "Oh, do you want to join my itinerary?" Jenna offered with a sweet smile, which was sure to have some ulterior motive.

Instead, it will be the other way round. "We don't give shit about you." Adam cut in harshly, coming to stand next to Adrien to glare down at me, his mouth-salivating, deep voice reminding me of chocolate milk going through my throat when I drank it down. Adam was the most fascinating creature I had ever seen, and I had even heard rumors that he was the last of his kind. A were-pire.
