The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

At the same time, the horse-faced Master spoke again coldly, "If you want to check it, you can check it later. Let's go back to the sect first." After that, the horse-faced cultivator swung his long sleeves. Honglong! A deafening roar suddenly came from the sea next to the island. The stone platform under everyone's feet couldn't help shaking. Everyone was shocked and hurriedly turned to look. Suddenly, in the surging waves, they saw the bow of a large ship breaking out of the waves and pointing to the sky. The bow of the ship was as big as a mountain. The people on the stone platform looked at the bow of the ship as if it was only the size of a soybean.

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Bound Essence series

Bound Essence series

“Winds of change heed my call, give wind to our sails and speed our journey from sea to shore.” The wind picked up and the ships sliced through the water, bringing us closer to land. What should’ve taken us hours took mere minutes. After landing on the beach, I pulled Emrick aside. “You are their laird and they will follow you where you command. Yes?” “Aye?” He answered, looking a bit puzzled. “I have an idea to inspire the men to victory.” I said. He nodded his agreement, not even knowing what I had planned. I watched as the men and equipment were loaded off the long boats. I held a hand out towards our ships and whispered Incendio. The ships were soon engulfed in flames.

The Pack's Hybrids

The Pack's Hybrids

“And it will be named anew.” In the morning, on the horizon they spotted another fleet of ships, the style of which were vastly different than any ship they had previously encountered, the arrangement of sails beautiful, elaborate, and multi-tiered. The ships did not heed them, continuing in the opposite direction, following the dark shadow of the land away.

If you're looking for a story about an incel that gets their just desserts, this is the book for you! I haven't read a book in this series yet that doesn't deliver an emotional punch in the worst and best ways.
Dawn
That’s the end of the 4th book in the series. Can’t wait for the next book “the rebels”. This has been a fantastic series & though the book spends a lot of time going back & forth into the past & present it allows for those who have not read the whole series so far to keep up. Well done Everleigh xx

Journey To Become The Strongest god

Journey To Become The Strongest god

Xiao Fang explained the function of the imperial ship to Ciao Chen. After seeing and hearing about the advantages of the imperial ship, Xiao Chen was truly amazed. It was even crazier than his own ship, so Xiao Chen was very happy to use the imperial large ship. Xiao Fang was aware of what his younger brother was planning and firmly rejected the request. This warship was not a ship for Xiao Chen to use freely. Although it was powerful, the materials needed for the ship were rare and very expensive. The empire only had ten at the half-emperor level, twenty at the king level, and a hundred at the immortal level. Xiao Fang made this ship a walking fortress for the Xiao empire if it ever explore

Lost Between the Tides

Lost Between the Tides

It was only five short, trembling, pain-fuelled steps, but it felt like I had run a marathon and I was light-headed. I clung to the frame of the bed, steadying myself and catching my breath for a moment before pulling myself upright and reaching for the shelf for stability. My eyes scanned the spines. A bible, obviously, made sense and I had predicted as much. The English Pilot, Fourth Book, Treatise of the Sphere and of the Art of Navigation, A Mariner’s Guide to the Coasts of the Spanish Main, De Iure Praedae, and something that looked totally out of place, Clarissa’s Folly: Or, The Wager of Hearts. There were also a number of books that were blank on the spines, which was interesting.

Destined (Book #4 in the Vampire Journals)

Destined (Book #4 in the Vampire Journals)

These were crowded with people walking up and down or just sitting on the edge, watching all the ships as they passed by. And everywhere—everywhere—there were ships. The canals were absolutely crammed with traffic, with ships of every shape and size—so much so, that she could hardly see the water. The famous gondolas were everywhere, too, their oarsmen standing on the edge, steering them in the water. She was surprised by how long they were, some seeming to stretch nearly 30 feet. In between these were smaller ships and boats of all sorts, some for delivering food, some for taking out waste. This place was alive, bustling. She had never seen anything like it in her life.

The Alpha King's Runaway Bride

The Alpha King's Runaway Bride

“I felt something too; it was weird and numbing, but I didn’t know what it was.” “It is the dark magic of the slave ship. Since we were once its captives, it leaves a mark of its presence wherever it goes. My king, you would need to give an order for the soldiers to move to the black shore.” “That would not be such an easy thing to do. It’s already hours into the night,” the king told him. “Perhaps in the morning.” “The longest the ship has ever spent on the shores of every kingdom is half an hour, and so we have to move and act fast.” Ace answered.

From Shadow to the Longest Sun

Smirk sharp as shattered crystal. “Didn’t I give you one just as grand last week? What’s there to envy?” His fingers tightened on her waist, backing her against the wrought-iron pergola draped in jasmine. “Play your part. Don’t slip around Lena. Everything she has? You’ll have it too.” Now I remember. Five nights ago, crimson meteors streaked across New York’s southern skyline, a blood-magic spectacle. He’d texted: “Clan emergency. Working late.”

The Rejected Luna's Twin Alphas

The Rejected Luna's Twin Alphas

Leo said, his voice hushed with a reverence that made my skin crawl. I looked up, and the breath died in my throat. There was no sun—at least, not the single, burning yellow orb I had known my entire life. Instead, three massive, glowing rings of white fire circled the planet’s equator, providing a soft, eternal noon that cast no shadows. They were beautiful, yes, but they were also unmistakably artificial—a celestial machine of impossible scale. And hovering just below the lowest ring, silhouetted against the white fire, were the mercury-hulled ships of the Architects. They weren't in a siege formation; they were docked peacefully alongside floating platforms of white stone, their hulls sh
