Ablaze
We worked independently, bouncing ideas and theories off eachother when we needed to, feeding off on one another's energy as we plowed on in search of a Hail Mary to save our people.
Suddenly my mother leapt up, an "A-Ha" moment striking her in all forms. She raced out of the room and up the stairs without a word, and I could hear her verbally shout the phrase from somewhere upstairs. She clamored back downstairs, a huge navy book in tow. The cover was ornate, gilded in gold, the words "Encyclopedia of Lycanthropy" glistening across the front. She opened the cover and pointed triumphantly at the publisher's seal, the very same flame symbol as on the papers we'd discovered.
