She said, looking back up at me as I openly gawked at her. "You've never had a cinnamon roll?" I asked in pure shock as she just shook her head at me. "Yeah, we're changing that, right now, and I'm sorry for the addiction that will follow." I took one of them off the plate before handing her the plate with the other one still on it. "What's the stuff on top?" She asked as she tentatively picked it up and looked it over.

"I'm going to make a pizza for dinner. Any specific toppings that you want?" "Ham, mushroom, and peppers! And on one half put pineapples on it! Can you make the crust chessed stuffed?! And also can you make some hot wings with it?! And a pie!" Timothy ask. "You know," I began as I grab some ingredients and a large bowl, "You can try making food too."

The tanginess hit me first then the meat and cheese. “Do you like it?” I chewed and nodded. “It’s good. What is it?” “Pepperoni.” He grinned. “You can’t go wrong, but have what you like.” I chewed through the rest of the slice and eyed the still bubbling drink. He chuckled. “It’s just dry ice,” he said. “It’s not a real potion or anything like that.” He picked up his spoon and skimmed a bit off the top before putting it in his mouth and hummed.

I ask with tears in my eyes. “I did. The guys helped, but yes, it’s for you,” he says. I turn back around to take in every single detail and commit it to memory. The rooftop has been transformed into a magical escape from reality. There are twinkle lights strung all over the place. There’s a giant white screen by the outdoor furniture for watching movies. There’s a pizza buffet and a coffee bar. Their townhouse is in the perfect neighborhood, on top of a hill, just outside of town. There are other houses, but they each have their own giant lot. If I threw a rock, I don't think I could hit another house.

Zuko suddenly lifted his eyes to look at him. At that moment, Lina walked over with a bag of snacks. "You guys are really here!" Her smile was bright and sweet under the sun, and the dimples on her cheeks were extra cute. "Toph, Renee, our supermarket is right there! These are the new snacks. Try them!" Toph quickly responded and took the snacks, smiling at Zuko. "Bro, isn't it your 'working hour' now? Nobody is watching the store while the two of you are out!"

“Hell yeah we should. Chinese or pizza? You name it, I’m starving. And no judging me when we start adding twenty toppings.“ Leila smirks—already tapping aggressively on her phone screen as she scrolls through the options. She shoots me a quick glance. “Oh god, I can already tell you’re judging me.“ She flips the phone around to show an absurd amount of toppings in their cart. “Don’t even say it.“ I raise my hands as up as a sign or surrendering. “Oh oh,Mouth shut.” “You suck, you know that? You're supposed to complain and say all those toppings are way too much.“

I called out but she was already gone, humming to herself as she left. I took a slice of and it was everything Marco had promised and more. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce rich and flavorful, and the cheese melted to perfection. But what made it truly special were the festive toppings, slices of roasted red peppers and green spinach arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree, with dollops of ricotta cheese as "snow." "This is so amazing," I groaned between bites, savoring the delicious flavors. "It's like a little piece of Christmas on a plate."
