Rejected for Her Curves, Claimed by the Blood Alpha

Rejected for Her Curves, Claimed by the Blood Alpha

I wasn't fighting the Heir; I was Invalidating the Inheritance. "The Paradox isn't a secret, Leo! It’s a Spoiler-Alert for Cowards!" I cried out, my voice cracking with the strain of holding onto my own humanity. "The World-Tree doesn't just grow in the light—it grows in the Decision to stay Ugly for the People who love your Scars! You can't optimize a soul, and you can't archive a mother's love!"

The Choice of Death

The Choice of Death

Nathan's gaze darkened as he looked at me, his voice filled with disappointment. "Tegan, I never thought you'd be this kind of person. I'm the one who found the kidney donors. You don't get to make that decision!" I couldn't help but find it ridiculous. This was the man who had been with me for eight years, the man who had once said he loved me more than life itself. My expression turned cold, and for the first time, I spoke to Nathan with complete indifference. "She cries, and suddenly everything's my fault? Are you her fiancé or mine? Nathan, get this straight. She wants both kidneys! Who's really the one trying to kill someone here?"

First Choice

First Choice

In the end, it was Nathan's misjudgment that caused everything, but somehow, I became the one who wasn't generous enough. "Lois, I…" Nathan's eyes darkened, a bitter smile on his lips. "I've already had my assistant handle things with the platform. I'm sorry for the trouble you've been through. I didn't realize how much you've been dealing with. I didn't know—" "You knew," I interrupted softly, looking at him. My tone was indifferent. If he hadn't known how painful and suffocating public opinion could be, he wouldn't have chosen to divorce me just to help Jenny.

The Last Choice

The Last Choice

"In fourth grade, I came home with my first fifteenth-place ranking. I was so proud. You looked at it and said, 'Fifteenth? Grace has never been below first.' You've never bought me a single piece of clothing. I wore Grace's hand-me-downs until high school. Kids called me her charity case. I wanted to be Grace for you. But you only had room for one perfect child. So forget me. I'm no one's daughter." The yard was silent. My mother's voice came quieter, but still sharp. "The better child gets more attention. Is that so wrong?" I turned back to Dante. "And you? Do you think the same?" He opened his mouth. Nothing came out. "I looked for you—" "I didn't ask that." I cut him off. "I asked if you

I thought it was the sea. Doing the same thing indefinitely. Not needing anything." He held her gaze. "The consistency that is actually interesting is the kind that requires choosing. The sea doesn't choose. It simply continues. The choosing is what makes it more interesting than the variation — not the repetition, but the decision to repeat it. The decision, made daily, to hold." _*]:min-w-0 gap-3">

Choose Your Own Family

Choose Your Own Family

"What's wrong with doing that now?" Giselle shot me a resentful look before bursting into tears. "Do you want me to suffer with you for the rest of my life?" she sobbed. "Can't I choose a better life?" It was clear now—she was admitting to her relationship with Kevin. All my years of care had been nothing but an illusion. In her eyes, I was just someone to suffer with, not a partner to share joy with. Did she even realize what kind of life I had given her? The clothes she wore were custom-designed by top designers hired by my foster parents, and the meals she ate were at exclusive, private restaurants. Was that really "suffering"?

Bitten

Bitten

Life is all about choices. As humans we absolutely depend on our right to choose how we live our lives. We are the masters of our own fate and no one has the right to take this away. Choices and rights, the things we are all obsessed with. I had never given it all that much thought. But then I had never had my ability to choose ripped away from me. I had never been left powerless to control my own destiny. Having choices are great, until suddenly they aren't. When every path laid in front of you seems full of traps, choice becomes impossible. It becomes exhausting. Eventually it becomes no choice at all.

Airiane
All I can say is the prologue is so deep and stroking, I like how the story flows, it is also intriguing because the FL is a different from the usual heroine I read in wolf genre. Added this to my library, just read the first 5 chapter and I want to ship her with Max and Jonas actually. :)

I really was amazed by this story. i loved all the characters. Jonas was the father figure. Max gotta love his attitude and of course Maggie. Maggie was strong and dealt with the hand she was given like a trooper. Loved the different take on this story.

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

They had to argue for their Uselessness. "You're right," Leo said, shocking both the Auditor and the minds in the Core. "We are inefficient. We are messy. We are absolutely, fundamentally 'Wrong'. But that is why you can't delete us." The Paradox of the Creative Act "Explain," the Auditor demanded, the geometric garden around them freezing in place.

Bad Decision, Great pleasures

Bad Decision, Great pleasures

Chapter 7 I like to think of myself as a very rational woman. Fuck! Who am I kidding? I'm the kind of person therapists makes millions from. In less than twenty-four hours, I had made a string of bad decisions that were more than enough to qualify me for my own reality show. And now, I was standing right in the middle, the consequences staring at me in the form of two really hot men. At least I've got good taste in men. Jesus, Daisy. Focus!
