My body moves with out me thinking or having any part of doing the action – I obviously was being controlled by my subconscious mind. From a third person view , I watch my self get on with my work out – and honestly I am quite impressed ; allowing my self to give my self a good pat on the back. I watched how I was so focused and lifted every weight with purpose. I watched as I blocked all negativity out of my vision and mind – all I did was concentrate on me and what I was doing. I was so impressed by the focus and hard work I was putting in to my work out – nothing was able to take my focus away.

The only thing I'm focused on is the future and how to grow stronger day by day. It really helped them a lot because they could focus on everything they wanted to do and they never left anything outside. They could do a lot of things at the same time and would never be distracted. They could also achieve a lot because of the fact that they focused, they could always focus because of the teaching of having a strong mind in their leader disclosed to them.
