He looked around as if trying to decide before ushering me in. “Get in.” He commanded and I wasted no time in complying. “Damian, I heard that Luna was arrested this morning. I came because of that, and also I heard she was going to present some evidence to the high council to try to get a rejection order.” I said and he narrowed his eyes.

“Did you think that there was something going on between the two of us? Me and Casey, I mean.” Her voice had an odd ring to it, even to her. “No, why would I think that?” “Rae.” She gritted her teeth. There was nothing worse than being caught lying. “I’m being serious, Keegan.” “Are you? Because it seemed to me like you were. She and I are friends. That’s all we are and that’s all we’ll ever be. I want you, Rae. I was serious about that. I wouldn’t lie to you about my feelings. I want you to be my Luna. I’ll never keep that a secret from you or anyone.”

Luna stated. Lisa hesitated. Then, with a deep breath, she repeated. “Three-foot world. Tackle only what's directly in front of me.” Luna hummed in agreement. She looked at Lisa. “Want to hear a secret?” Lisa’s eyes widened. “What secret?” Luna smiled. “I’m a divorcee.” There was a beat of silence before Lisa let out a surprised laugh. “Wow. Reegan shouted, recalling everyone’s attention. The two of them pressed Kat so close between them, I wondered how she could breathe. They were looking down at her with so much love and adoration, it was radiating off of them and flowing out over the whole pack. Ryan started talking next but although he was addressing the crowd, neither of them took their eyes off their Luna. “Very soon, the Glass Lake pack will have an heir.
