The Cruel Alpha's Unwanted Bride

The Cruel Alpha's Unwanted Bride

I brushed my hair slowly, methodically, feeling each stroke as a soothing ritual. With my hair dry, I turned to my skincare routine. The familiar steps were a comforting ritual, each one a small act of self-care. I started with a gentle cleanser, massaging it into my skin and washing away the remnants of the day. Next came the toner, its cool touch refreshing and invigorating. I followed with a serum, its light texture sinking quickly into my skin, and then a rich moisturizer, sealing in the hydration and leaving my skin soft and supple.

The man is so cruel and mean. I really don't understand Avery. She seems like an intelligent person but she is a pushover unfortunately. I'll keep reading though, hoping she becomes fierce and kicks his ass.

Here to correct a review I mistakenly left for a different book with a similar premise. As far as THIS novel, the author really does a great job writing in a way that makes you feel like you're there. The FL is pathetic at times, but likeable as hell. The ML though? Pathetic is an understatement lol

Craving Mr. Cane

Craving Mr. Cane

She said this while admiring her ring. “No shit. You look like a model. Legitimately, I thought you bathed in milk or something. What kinda skin is that?” I genuinely wondered. “Well, actually… there’s this skincare that I do. I’ll send you this special serum, if you like? It’s korean, you know them baby skin out there.” “That’s your secret? I mean, no wonder! You look fantastic, girl. And you also do pro bono? That’s kinda insane, you’re pretty, smart and kind!”

Married at First Sight

Married at First Sight

Kent was going to mock Alex more, but was interrupted by Sheila. “Don’t you have to be at your clinic, Kent?” “I’ve seen all my patients today. The clinic isn’t busy now, so it’s fine even if I step away for a while. Mary is there to look after the clinic.” Kent handed the bag to Sheila and said, “I bought you a set of skincare products, Sheila. I heard this brand is great and popular among women.” Sheila glanced at the bag. It was indeed skincare products from an expensive brand. A small bottle could cost hundreds to thousands of dollars.

Thus far the book ... was compelling but disappointed that there is no ending to the novel. I planned on reading another book after this but with this experience why would I since there might not be and ending to that one as well! Bummer! Please do better so you don’t loose customers in the future.

The Lycan King’s Rogue Queen

The Lycan King’s Rogue Queen

Steam coiling in dramatic swirls, rose petals scattered like the scene of an emotional breakdown. And the shelves. Gods, the shelves. Shampoos. Oils. Serums. Twenty-two bottles, each labeled like a dissertation in seduction. I counted them twice, because I enjoy pain. “Twenty-two? What am I supposed to do, condition my soul?” I grabbed one. Almond blossom. Another. Pomegranate silk. A third. Coconut sunrise. “This isn’t hygiene,” I muttered. “It’s witchcraft.” Still, I climbed in. The water was perfect. Too perfect. Heat wrapped around me like a sin I’d pay for later.

Second Chance at Love: From Divorcee to the Billionaire's Bride

Second Chance at Love: From Divorcee to the Billionaire's Bride

"I'd like to discuss a business collaboration." "Which pharmaceutical company are you with?" Molly asked, though she clearly knew the answer. I remained quietly on the sidelines. "Our company specializes in skincare products." "Sorry, that's not my field." "Biotechnology and skincare are connected. Your research skills are evident in the moisturizing and anti-aging effects of your formulations." "My formulations are on the market?" "Yes, they're..." Emily almost mentioned the face cream that had sold five million units under Natural Beauty's brand. Natural Beauty had claimed Leonard Haber created it, but Emily caught herself just in time.

A Sign For Aiden

A Sign For Aiden

CHAPTER 12 Never Have I Ever Aiden “Moisturizer, serum, cleanser, sunscreen, facemask, exfoliating scrub…” all of this on just one person’s face? I stare in shock at the products listed in the article. On my outing with Elian tonight I decided to put in some effort into how I looked. The first thing that came to mind was skincare but…goddamn it's a lot. Especially since my outing is only two hours away. I decide to leave the skin care stuff for now. I don’t necessarily have bad skin but it could certainly be better.

Bound To My Sister's Husband

Bound To My Sister's Husband

Diana I was halfway through my skincare routine, a ritual I’d adopted from Lila’s impossibly high standards. My naturally clear skin had never needed more than a splash of water and maybe some Vaseline on a bad day. But here I was, layering on vitamin C serums, retinol, and ridiculously overpriced products that smelled like spa treatments. It was wasteful, excessive, and insulting to the simplicity of my old life. I had nothing against skincare itself, but knowing that beneath Lila's glowing skin was a conniving, two-faced bitch made me hate every step of the process.

The Billionaire's Redemption

There were rows and rows of colorful makeup, skincare products, and fragrances, and Adelaide's eyes widened as she took it all in. Elma, on the other hand, seemed to know exactly where she was going. She led Adelaide to a section of the store that was dedicated to high-end skincare products, and began examining the various creams and serums on display. "Okay, so I want to get you something that will really make your skin glow," Elma said, picking up a jar of expensive-looking moisturizer. "This one is amazing. It's got all sorts of antioxidants and vitamins that will really help to nourish your skin."

Revenge of the Hideous Lady

Revenge of the Hideous Lady

“When I was your age, I didn’t use any skincare products at all. That’s because I read online that one only needed to start using skincare products at the age of twenty-five. As a result, my skin is really terrible now…” “Me too, me too. Miss Batton, you really are intelligent… You’ve started taking care of your skin at an early age. People like us were really harmed by those bullsh*t on the internet.” Two female influencers spoke one after another as if they were in a two-person act.
