The walls burst under pressure jets of water, sending bodies flying into stone with sickening thuds. “Get her!” someone screamed. They late, my luck. The stranger gripped my shoulder. A thin whirlpool of water spiralled around us—teleportation magic, and the room vanished. ** I sucked in a sharp breath as we appeared in the forest near Sapphire Water pack house. My back hit a tree, but the mysterious sorcerer stood tall, completely unshaken.

She found the sorceress waiting in her room, a faint, almost smug smile playing on her lips as Stephanie entered. "The items you requested," Stephanie said, holding herself steady. "They’re ready." The sorceress raised an eyebrow, a look of genuine surprise flitting across her face before it quickly disappeared. She nodded approvingly. "You have done well, Stephanie. A true testament to your dedication as a mother." She gestured to a small wooden table and pulled out a set of tarot cards, laying them out with practiced precision. She flipped over one, and a grim image stared up at them—a dark figure cloaked in shadow, holding a scythe.

Lorenzo had a bandage wrapped around his head. The shot went through his earlobe and severed a big chunk of it. He was lucky the bullet didn’t slip and go through his head. But as the shooter said, he wasn’t aiming for the head. He fidgeted his feet while his hand gripped the arm of the chair he was sitting on. His father stood silently looking out the window in the drawing room. Lorenzo’s mind kept flashing back to the face that had deformed him. El Diablo was the nickname. He looked him up. If I succeeded, it would be worth it to save time, and if I failed, no charge. It only took a couple of seconds before I felt something move under my hands. A heartbeat. Loran opened his eyes and sucked in his first noisy breath. I jumped back, a little startled by the sudden reanimation. “Everything okay?” shouted Jenny. Still no one coming to my aid. “Yes,” I shouted over my shoulder. “It’s alive!” Loran sat up and shook his head clear. It took him a few seconds to get his bearings, then he squinted to get me into focus. “You’re the sorcerer the Masters are looking for?”

Stephan stood there, chest heaving, his father’s heart still in his fist. But there was no time to breathe. The Sorceress’s voice rose like a blade through the night. “No!” she shrieked, her eyes wild. She began to chant faster, louder, the symbols carved into the earth burning bright with crimson light. The fire around us roared higher. Brooks screamed. Her body arched against the altar, chains rattling as if alive. Her eyes snapped open, glowing pure blue… like mine, but this time, no pupils, no whites, just light, and then she was levitating, lifted into the air as if the night itself had claimed her.

(Didn't stop attacking) CLAIRE: I don't care who the loser is MIKA: Just so you know, I'm her apprentice and a master in poison (threw some poison dart and Claire narrowly escaped it, breathing hard) SIG: This kid thinks she's strong. "Stupid girl! What are you doing! Stop it!" The demon disappears in the blink of an eye, but this spell isn't over yet! I close my eyes and scream as the bright light around me increases. I'm burning, feeling like I'm dying. Yet, I can do nothing to stop the fire from spreading. The walls around me crumble, and the entire sky turns entirely white from the magic oozing out from my skin. Somewhere in the sky, Lucy freezes upon seeing me, and I smile up at him before the demons surrounding him get eaten by flames.

I keep doing that and get bored. "Sorcerer skills (jobs similar to mage) usually have shields, elemental magic, healing and time stops. Hmm, try them all!" I was so excited that not giving up on me and fainting a few times paid off. Maybe if I couldn't see through this status and healing magic, I would have given up already. "Barrier! Ohh you can use other magic like this. Fire ball!" I create a barrier and a fireball which I detonate in it. There was no sound of explosion let alone leaking of fire out.

Soon after, Queen Suna's personal maids came into her room, bathed her gently and respectfully dressed her up in her night rope. Making sure she was alone, Suna walked towards the bookshelf by the side of her room. With eyes glued on books neatly arranged, her eyes fell on a book with a brown leather cover. Carefully she held the spell book and her eyes glittered in satisfaction. She walked towards her mirror, looked at her reflection and back to the book. With long pointed and piercing nails, she flipped through the pages of the book and her eyes rested on a page filled with spell words.
