my foot got stuck and when I look down I found out that I step on a thorn. I almost cried out with pain as it was so stuck in, I tried to remove it for it was so painful, I don't know where I am so I cut out the piece of clothes from my white sleeve shirt, I removed the thorn despite the pain, I once had the thought that this place is just a dream but how can the wound I sustained in a dream hurt this much. Right now I had no wish to return to my place, I regret touching that bead. I sat down with my back to a tall tree, I closed my eyes maybe I might see myself back at home.

Until my feet touched more than one thorn, I collapsed to the ground, reaching for my foot as I cried out in pain. My heart was racing out of my chest. I could hear my own heart beat as I inhaled and exhaled deeply. I was sweating and the feeling of blood on my skin wasn't helping. I panted and all the energy I had, had vanish. I needed somebody to help. It was like I was meant to step on that thorn. Like I couldn't actually escape. Like I didn't deserve to.

Ben sobbed beside him while adding more wood to the hearth, an action he thought he would never do for his beloved prince. “I’ll be alright,” Thorn said weakly to Ben.
