Seven Days to Vanish:Escaping My Vampire Prince

Seven Days to Vanish:Escaping My Vampire Prince

With trembling hands, he pulled the small obsidian box from the drawer. It was too light to hold any rare treasure. He slowly lifted the lid. Inside, nestled on the velvet lining, was the shattered remains of a crystal orb. The orb that held the memory of their first meeting, meticulously smashed into a thousand tiny, glittering pieces. It was a clean, thorough, and final act of destruction. Clarence stared at the dull fragments, each one a razor blade in his heart. He finally understood. A quiet farewell cut deeper than any scream. Molly was never coming back.

This is not right. I read all the individual books until the war in the palace when the wolf council are defeated. Now that I am re reading, I have to pay again for the chapters that has already been paid. You also cut off Nik's story in the middle and made the half as book 4. official complain.

Love That Ended in Vain

Love That Ended in Vain

He reached out, wanting to hold me… But what he got was a sharp slap across the face. “I used to love you madly, but eight years of feeling like a widow was enough to kill that love. “Not every apology deserves forgiveness.” … Matt staggered away in defeat, his expression hollow. He couldn’t and refused to believe it. The woman who had once loved him to the bone had ruthlessly cast him aside. Desperate for comfort, he ran into another woman’s arms. A private investigator sent me photos. They were proof of Matt sneaking around with Erica. With this ace up my sleeve, he could forget about getting custody of Rosie.

The End of Us

The End of Us

He once said that one day, we would look back and reminisce on all these photos when we were old. Those were our happy, beautiful memories. "No! Please don’t burn them!" I desperately tried to stop him, crying and begging. My eyes filled with bloodied tears. But William still emptied the photos into the fire. As the flames swallowed them, my body became even more transparent. It was almost completely invisible. I was about to disappear. 'Goodbye, William.' "Whitney, the biggest regret of my life was falling in love with you. I will forget you completely, forever."

She didn't need to wait for any confirmation as she felt herself fading and like something's pulling her back. "It seems like times up. Hope you can play fair the next time we met, hot stuff." She said teasing the man but before she completely fades away, the man suddenly appears near to her face and smile maliciously, and mumbled, "The next time we met, we'll play it well." And she felt his lips touch her neck. What a gift! She thought and wants to rub her neck but then she lost consciousness. Azrael looks at the golden lights that slowly faded from the darkness. After Divorce, I became the CEO of my Ex-Husband's Company

“But it ends tonight.” I clutched the drive tighter, my mind racing. The shed, the stars, my father’s lessons—it was all here, the truth just out of reach. But as I opened my mouth to speak, a plot twist hit like a blade: Vanessa raised her gun, not at me, but at the man in the suit, her hands shaking. “No,” she said, her voice breaking. “I’m done, too. I won’t let you destroy her.”

this book is so filthy, addictive and makes you constantly check for updates. the relationship between angel/vincent is everything and the one of angel/daniel you hate but love still. you don’t want him to have her but you love the dangerous drama he brings to her/vincent’s relationship. a must read

Hey! I've been reading the novel so far, and finished 50% of it and I'm loving it so much. You might consider changing Angle’s look on the cover to match her look in the novel cause I kept imagining her with black hair and blue eyes all along, which would help even future readers.

The Ending Without The Beginning

The Ending Without The Beginning

I get up from my knees and calm myself. I started to go back to my car. I turned my head for one last time, and in the corner of my eye, I saw a man who was standing behind a tree and was watching in my direction, but as soon as I completely turned around, I lost him. I stayed there for another couple of minutes, but everything was useless. He disappeared into thin air. I went to my car and drove to a coffee shop so I could buy our coffees and have something for breakfast. I went into the bakery and ordered two coffees and two croissants. I paid and headed to my car so I could go home.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ending of 'The Vanishing' is one of those that lingers in your mind long after you turn the last page. Without spoiling too much, it’s a masterclass in psychological tension and unresolved dread. The protagonist’s obsession with uncovering the truth about his girlfriend’s disappearance leads him down a path where the lines between victim and perpetrator blur. The final scenes are chilling, not because of graphic violence, but because of the quiet, almost mundane way the antagonist reveals his motives. It’s the kind of ending that makes you question human nature—how far someone might go for curiosity or control.

What really got me was how the book subverts expectations. You think you’re getting a straightforward mystery, but it morphs into something far more existential. The protagonist’s fate is left ambiguous in a way that feels deliberate, forcing you to grapple with the themes of obsession and inevitability. I remember closing the book and just sitting there, staring at the wall for a good ten minutes. It’s rare for a thriller to leave such a philosophical aftertaste, but 'The Vanishing' pulls it off brilliantly.
