The Vanishing Ending Novels & Stories

I looked up after sending the message. The comments in the air were blurring, like static on a television with a bad signal. "What's happening? I can't see…" "The story fell apart, so we're being forcefully removed!" "No! I haven't finished reading yet—" The last comment disappeared before it finished scrolling across my vision. All the lights in the room were switched on. I had no choice but to squint against the blinding glare. The music on the huge screen stopped and returned to the karaoke's usual interface.

We walk aimlessly around the beach and I notice things, the noise has reduced, I look around, it less crowded. "Are you okay?" Vanilla asks. "Yeah, I'm fine." I say as I stop walking, I hold her second hand and I say "Let's start over." "We can't. We've ended." and slowly every piece of her begins to fade away. "Vanilla?" I say in anguish, trying to hold on to her, but I can't, as she disappears into nothingness. "Fiona!" I scream in absolute loneliness. _____

He ordered the security guards to block the door, then started searching everyone one by one. When it was my turn, I put down the box and cooperated with his inspection. He evidently noticed the asteroid ornament on top of the other items at a glance. After a moment's pause, he still asked someone to empty out the contents of my box. The contents fell to the floor with a ringing clatter. The ornament was completely smashed and became little more than trash, just like our six-year relationship. The moment cracks formed in it, there was no fixing it. As several security guards rummaged around on the floor, Vivi suddenly exclaimed in shock, "My necklace!"
