He nudged Theodore playfully, "Chill out,Here just seemed a bit tensed. I was just tryna kill it." Theodore rolled his eyes, "Well, thanks to you, it got inflated." "My bad." He drawled out in mock sympathy as Theo shook his head letting his lips spread out in a lopsided grin. Toby stopped at the last time of the long stairway, hearing light chatters and chuckles over faint clashes of cutleries erupting from the dining hall which he didn't realize he had gotten to already. He pried his eyes around, observing Theodore's parents and two guys which Theo told him about yesterday; Tony and Dayo.

Theodore waited patiently in the lounge room for Abigail to return from her shower. He had the TV on, but he scrolled through his phone instead of watching whatever the characters on the programme had to say. Soon, Abigail emerged wearing nothing but sleep shorts and a tank top. The warmers in Theodore’s house made it impossible for her to survive in the sweater she had initially picked out. They had agreed to watch a movie together. However, Theodore was already bored. But, he enjoyed being around Abigail, so he didn’t protest the arrangement. In fact, he was thrilled that she wanted to do something so mundane and ordinary with him.

And now both of them stood in the wreckage of their own lies. The screen flickered one final time. Father’s face blurred, then vanished. Black. Dead silence followed. The kind of silence that comes after devastation. Then movement. At first I didn’t understand what I was seeing. Then I saw Theodore. He was moving toward the side aisle. Not toward me. Not toward the screen. Toward the exit. My blood turned cold. He was running. “Theodore is escaping!” My voice cracked through the room. He didn’t stop. The commissioner shouted. “Stop him!”

The cold, furious voice came from the top of the stairs. Theodore was down in seconds. His fist landed hard against Nathan's face, sending him stumbling back. Then he grabbed him by the arm and dragged him outside, throwing him straight into the pool. Standing at the edge, Theodore glared down at him. "Are you sober now? If not, I'll toss you into the ocean next!" Nathan's voice broke as he shouted from inside the pool. "Why do you have to take Bella from me, Theo? If not for you, she never would have left me!"

Tomorrow at 10am… What was Theodore planning?

That evening Theodore and Fife set out for the brothel. According to Fife, he knew the best one in the kingdom. Theodore had told his parents that he would be going out with Fife and that he would also be spending the night there, he couldn't tell his parents that he was going to a brothel after all. On the ride to the brothel, Theodore was so nervous and it showed on his face. Fife noticed his nervousness and tried to reassure him. "don't worry Theodore, everything will be fine",

" Theodore fell silent on the other end, sitting in his office at Bassett Corporation. The call ended with a beep. His demeanor soured, and the air grew frigid with the silence. A knock on the door broke the stillness. "Come in," Theodore said coldly. Clark entered and felt a chill as he met Theodore's frosty look. Theodore must have gone through another tough moment with Willow. "Anything?" Theodore asked, sounding impatient. Clark remembered his purpose and cautiously responded, "It's not a big deal. It's just… you've been caught up in another scandal."

I was never, ever doing that again. --- In Theodore’s Room Theodore took off his stained shirt and tossed it into the laundry basket before walking into his closet. He slid on his air pods, his face void of emotion, though his brows were furrowed slightly. “You were saying?” he said evenly as he went through the rows of neatly arranged shirts. “I heard a crash. Did something happen?” Mason’s voice came through the earbuds. “Nothing,” Theodore replied, pulling out a plain black shirt and putting it on. “Just continue with what you were saying. And send me the P*F copy of the documents you gave me this morning.”

Thinking of how Nora had said this movie was an action movie, I pulled the switchblade out of my pants pocket and pointed the tip at Theodore. My gaze darkened, and my whole presence suddenly turned cold as I sneered. "Today is the day you die!" Theodore's amused expression suddenly darkened. His hand had already moved on instinct toward the gun hidden by his thigh. But before he could draw the gun, the private room door was kicked open. A figure rushed in, the gun in his hand aimed straight at Theodore's head. "Theodore! Today is the day you die!" I froze. Huh? The same line?

"Are you sure about marrying Nadia? I don't see what's so special about her. According to my research, she's from Russia but isn't well-known, unlike me." Theodore's jaw tightened, irritation flickering across his features. Sheena continued, her tone smug. "I've achieved so much in Hollywood. Don't you think you deserve someone like me?" Ignoring her, Theodore's eyes remained locked on Nadia and Drake, a knot of unease tightening in his chest. Back in the secluded corner, Nadia took a step back, her expression a mix of surprise and discomfort. "Drake, I... I don't know what to say."
