The Crown That Fell

The Crown That Fell

A sleek black Maybach screeched to a halt in front of me, its tires cruelly splashing a wave of muddy water from a puddle, soaking me to the skin. The car door swung open, and Nolan stepped out, his bodyguards forming a tight circle around him. His eyes locked onto the urn cradled in my arms, and for a moment, he froze, then his face twisted with anger. "Lena was right. You're really going all out with this charade, even getting yourself an urn to play the part in this rain!" He grabbed the urn from me and hurled it to the ground. I felt a surge of rage. Ignoring the pain racking my body, I dove for the urn and, thankfully, caught it just in time.

The Prince Rose or Thorn

The Prince Rose or Thorn

*Our family’s power hinges on this match. She moved to the Peerage, finding the Ashworth entry. Lineage stretching back centuries, alliances forged through marriage and war, lands vast and strategically important. And her own entry: *Lady Vivian Ashworth, b. [Date], Engaged to H.R.H. Crown Prince Alexander.* A simple line holding the weight of her destiny. Then, almost as an afterthought: *Sophia Bellweather, d. of the late Baron Bellweather of Willow Creek. Companion to Lady Marguerite Thorne.* The disparity was stark. Sophia wasn’t just lower-born; she was practically insignificant in the eyes of the noble registry. *Except to the Prince. And to the plot.*

Alora's Windsong

Alora's Windsong

Her Fated Mate, her reason for surviving everything. It was not subservience. It was not a hierarchy. It was recognition — a living web knit of blood, bond, and belonging. Thorn lifted his left hand. From his palm rose a second light — not bright, but deep blue — the color of ancient wells before sunrise. It was not a shadow, but roots. The crown answered him. Its scrollwork thickened, threading deeper into form until it no longer looked summoned… …it looked revealed — like it had always been there, simply waiting to be seen.

Crown of The Omega

Crown of The Omega

The throne itself was carved from a single piece of white stone, embedded with crystals that pulsed with dormant power. "Your birthright," Theron said softly as I approached the ancient seat. I hesitated at the base of the stone steps. Everything felt too big, too overwhelming. How could I sit where my parents had ruled, when I barely knew how to control the magic running through my veins? "Go on," Prince Rhett encouraged. "It belongs to you." "Does it?" I turned to face them all. "Lord Ravenclaw was right about one thing. You have been living off my family's legacy for twenty years. Sleeping in our beds, ruling our people, wearing our crowns."

Happy that I came across this book, where it portrayed the emotions of a woman when she is going through an abusive marriage. Loved the ending where she decides to move on in her life rather than to give 2nd chance to her abusive husband, which he doesn't deserve either. Hoping for more such stories

loved the book, it was such a emotional roller-coaster ride. The character Kaushalya will always stay in my mind because she isn't a fictional character anymore. Sanjiv and Ram are two totally different characters and I loved how author showed their flaws. though I'm in love with Ram. thanks author.

Thorns and Roses

Thorns and Roses

He picked up Xenia and twirled her around in delight. "Are you on drugs?" Xenia asked, staring at Sebastian like he just grew a tail on his head. Sebastian shook his head, "just happy, that's all." Keane on the other hand is boiling with anger after he read Dante's message. He declined? How dare he? No one declines Keane Miller. He kept cussing in anger.

Lunation of Fate

Lunation of Fate

The phrase crown of thorns resonated within him. “Crown of thorns…” murmured Juste, as he spaced out while remembering what his mother often used to tell him. “You have to be careful with these, Juste.” Saraise Isaacs was holding a thorny brown dried up stem with her gloved hands. The 4-year old fellhound child tilted his head. “What is it, mother?” “This is quite poisonous for you, Juste. Now, even for me.” She put the crown-like roll of stem inside a thick burlap bag. “This is the bane of our existence.”

Throne of Blood

Throne of Blood

He’s also as old as my father but appears younger because he’s healthy and still actually works out with his soldiers. The most exclusive and close-knit is Nathan's family. If need be, they will fight for him while having their eyes covered. He was one of those who assisted us in calming the royals when Mother passed away. He’d never bow down to a woman. Like his son. “Yes, Young Lady, To what do we owe this pleasure?” Thorn waggles his brows at me. Although both his parents are British, he is American born and bred, and therefore, he speaks without an accent most of the time.

Thorne and Throne

Thorne and Throne

Until the next morning. I'm in my throne room surrounded by my council. Clad in their purple robes. I'm sitting on my throne, going over the new negotiations with the human kingdom. I feel him approaching. He stands beside me on my right. Pushing Marcellus over to the my left. He snatches the signed treaty from my hands and snorts "A treaty with food? They are beneath us, they have one use. We don't need to entertain their requests" He rips the parchment, throwing the sheds up in the air. The council are startled by his behaviour "Your majesty, what say you?" I stand up "Marcellus re-write the treaty and send it back to the human king. Make up some excuse and get him to sign it again" He nod

Contract Marriage To The Alpha King

Contract Marriage To The Alpha King

But the crown-whispers hinted personal seduction, allies converging with fever-bright eyes that set my flames on alert. Thorne stormed in first, feral energy crackling like a border gale, his betas gore-streaked from overnight abyss-scouts, amber gaze manic-hot and fixed on us with predatory hunger. “That delve shattered those guardians like brittle bone—howls feasted deep on their chitin rot! But my scrys sniff out the final crown now; its essence calls like fresh rut-scent on the wind, promising amplification unbound for packs and diads alike. What's the rut-plan, storm-flame duo? We amplify glory together—strike the abyss-veins swift, claim that crown for the forge before it tempts weaker
