He obviously wasn’t concerned about getting drunk tonight. I shrugged. “Most companies like this, that are still somewhat family run, have family members in many positions. Siblings, children, all sorts of family members. The last company I worked for had family members in all leadership positions. The father was CEO, his son was CFO, his brother was over HR, and a smattering of relatives worked in other positions.”
