"Tight...warm...the definition of perfection." Celia moaned at his every thrusts, her knees barely holding on as his c*ck stretched her right open. Her spine straightened instinctively and her thighs tensed as though bracing for impact. She inhaled and held the breath without meaning to, her body anticipating the peak.

Mark called out from the other side, his voice filled with genuine concern. "Yes... yes, I'm fine, Mark," I choked out, my knuckles turning white as I gripped the leather table because Adrian was already stripping off his latex gloves, letting them hit the small metal bin with a sharp rattle before his bare, warm hands slid up the inside of my thighs. "Your pelvic muscles are incredibly tight, which is exactly why the previous treatments failed," Adrian murmured, his voice dropping into a low, gravelly register that was meant only for my ears as he stood up from his stool.

His tongue became his lips again and suddenly there were this unbelievable tightness in my stomach. "Stop," I begged as my body squirmed more. With his left hand, he placed it on my stomach holding me in place as he continued his torture. "Please. Stop. Baby, PLEASE!" the fight was lost against my hands as the dove into his hair grabbing tightly. The tightness in my stomach begin to tighten as I screamed and just like I thought would happen when my hand moved to his hair, his fingers moved inside me ferociously and his mouth sucked harder on my tender bundle of nerves. Then when his teeth grazed ever so gently on my clit, i lost it. The tightness released itself and a scream of relief escape
