I hit the ground hard, groaning, and opened my eyes to a thick cloud of dust following a heavy crash. The slab of brick would have crushed me. The moment he closed the door behind him, he dialed the number, and the line went through. "Sir, we have a bit of a situation," a voice cut through, low but urgent. Chris's face turned sour as his hand tightened on the phone. "If it's what I think it is, then I'm gonna kill you, I swear," he said, his voice cold and menacing.

Chris and his group were not in a hurry to speak; they watched fear grip the souls of the most devious of men without batting an eyelid. “Who are you? What do you want?” one of the men yelled out when he couldn’t take it any longer. “Who we are is not important. Who you touched is.” Chris spoke in a deep voice; to the men it sounded like the voice from hell. “We don’t even know you. How did we offend you?” Christopher stepped out from the shadows, into the lighted area of the deck. His lips curled up in a sinister manner as he spat out “a casualty".

“Stop struggling, you jackass. We’ve already won!” Chris looked at me and roared, “You will never win! You don’t know who you are messing with! I will kill you, people, every one of you. I will burn this pack to the ground and then I will kill the one you love the most.... your little son!”
