"I never issue empty threats." "We'll be ready for you, killer," he said, locking his gaze onto mine. With a smirk, I walked away and climbed into Luciano's car, setting my course for his mansion. It was time to step into my power as a Donna. I held the steering hard as pictures of the stingers, my family betrayed me. They committed a grave mistake and they knew it. Sensing my confusion, he grinned again. ‘Christopher Knight’. ‘Chris?’ Anger boiled up inside me. ‘What the fuck have you done to him?, He hasn’t done anything to you!’ Throwing his head back, he let out a loud laugh. I bared my teeth, warning him.

Chris finally aired out the truth. I almost fell unconscious, like what the fuck is wrong with him, why the hell would he kill James?. I was so furious and so was David, he rushed his brother and grabbed his shirt. "What the hell have you done, are you mad" Drake yelled at him. "Seriously is that a way to say thank me for helping your girlfriend, since the boyfriend was busy doing alpha stuff," Chris smirked, falling his gaze on me. "Miss Mariah, do you not like the fact that I killed him for trying to taint your image?" He added.

Laurel called after her son. "Christopher !" "Christopher !!" Christopher slammed the door behind him ,he was angry that mother had strike him across the face amd needed to take his anger out of something , anything. As he slammed his room door shut too , he stared at Ashanti who was already awake and was wearing the shirt he wore to the pub the previous night , he stared at her intensely . "Chris ,where did you go ...I . " Christopher charged at her in a flash , he suck his teeth deep into and neck and sucked out every blood and bit of energy in her veins ,when he was done he dropped her as she fell to the ground with a thud , dead.

He charged toward them with his claws. His movement was swift, like nothing I had ever seen before. Right before my eyes, he ripped the heart of one of them and threw it on the floor. Chris was a different person. He was no longer the calm young man that tried to sway me off my feet; he was a beast now. A dreadful beast.

I could have seen the children she’ll give me, their eyes identical to hers. Their hair the same beauty as mine. Most of the members of the Volatile Hounds Pack return to our fortress, not to celebrate but to spread the news. Although we won the war, I freaking felt defeated more than ever.
