But the hateful smile remained in her mind. Bonnie awoke panting with fear. In the dark, she couldn't remember where she was. Nothing was familiar. She wasn't in her room at home. She reached for her phone and knocked it to the floor. It was so dark she couldn't see her hand in front of her face as she scrambled down to find it. She dropped to the floor, her knees cold against the short carpet as her fingers searched and finally found the plastic case.

My eyelids grow heavy and I doze off. "Knock knock" Bonnie says as she walks in my room. I sit up to look at her. She's dressed in a skin tight silver mini dress which literally stops just below her ass and silver stilettos with straps that wrap up her legs like snakes. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a high pony tail and her blood red lips match her nails. "Wow" I say genuinely "How long was I asleep for?" Thinking it must have been ages for her to complete that look.

The next morning, Bonnie woke up at daybreak. She had been having nightmares all night. At first, the dream started with Christopher breaking all of her fingers, one at a time. After that, she dreamt that she had suffered a miscarriage, and Jim and Christopher were standing in front of her, laughing at her as she lay in a puddle of her blood. Christopher had told her that she was a stupid woman who refused to listen to his advice, whereas Jim sneered at her and said he would never fall in love with her.

"But Jamieee, I want to find a horror movie! Without you, I'm too scared. You always used to stay by my side, remember?" In response, not only did Jamie not get angry at him for bothering her during work, she even started to comfort him instead. "I'll bring you on a trip after I finish dealing with this case, alright?"
