Treasure takes out her phone and makes a call, completely unfazed by my death glare. "Hey, Ace, what's up?" she says brightly into the phone. There's a pause while Ace probably responds. Then Treasure continues. "Of course I saved your number, Ace. How could I not? You seem like a genuinely nice person, unlike some people I could mention." Another pause. "Quick question: can you get me into Luxury Gardens? I don't have a pass, and apparently security is very strict about these things." She listens to Ace's response, and her smile widens.

"Why what?" "Why are you doing this to me?" he answered in a trembling voice. "I know you're angry, Cece, but—" "But what?" I cut him off. "You brought a pregnant woman home and then knelt before my father, begging to marry her. Am I supposed to congratulate you both ecstatically?" Jim paled. "It's not like that. Please, let me explain—" He pulled something out of his jacket. It was a pendant made from a bullet casing. Its surface had been polished smooth. It was clearly something he kept close and handled frequently.

The girls smiled at the crew and then turned around to help Kaleb and Patrick who were handing the treasure off to each other as they climbed one handed. “Pat Let go.” Kaleb called down to him. Danica leaned over the rail holding her arms open for Kaleb to pass her the treasure. Danica grabbed ahold of it and hosted it onto the ship with the help of Ariadne. The treasure hit the floor with a thud. The crew all stared in amazement. Patrick, Kaleb and Jonah all quickly got on board. They all seem to stare at the treasure chest in wonder. Danica cleared her throat looking from the chest to the men.
