Rise of a Queen - Book 2

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

He asked gently. “The Green Glades sir, we are only a small Clan.” She looked up at him with her big doe eyes. *Bear* He said through the link. Shit. Bears call their packs Clans or Tribes. I shook my head at Travis, pressing my lips together tightly. He cocked his head and narrowed his light brown eyes at me. *No matter the race Lamia, you said it. We should at least check it out, for her sake* he said through the mind link while his head dipped, gesturing to the tiny girl in my arms.

JWGStout has done it again! I loved the story and character development. The story really is a roller coaster, and I’m so happy for Lamia! But there are so many questions at the end, and so many opportunities for the other leading characters. I can’t wait to get into the next 3 books!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

BLAIR

BLAIR

Pix said. “Yeah. Sasha, lead the way.” “R-right.” ….. Matthew, Sasha and Pix were making their way to the village as quickly as possible while being cautious. They were not running, only walking at a quicker pace. “So your tribe, are they like a tribe of fully fledged warriors?” Matthew asked. “Yes. Most of us have been trained to fight since we were little.” “Were you?” “No, I wasn’t.” “I see. I’m not too worried about my friends. But I don’t want any trouble with your tribe either. We better get there before any comes up.”

TRENT

TRENT

Thank God I'm wearing sport shoes. The driver takes us through The Masai Mara where we see leopards, lions, cheetahs and other big cats. Antelopes are also galloping from side to side and the beautiful tall giraffes are also walking gracefully. This is the animal kingdom. Why the fuck didn't I carry my phone? But thank God Trent didn't forget to carry a camera. He'll send the photos through. The game ranger explains that buffaloes are not numerous due to their migration to the border country, Tanzania because of the season. I'm just staring at the beautiful zebras. Wish I could pet one even though I'm not a fan of pets.

CONQUERED

CONQUERED

She taps my thigh repeatedly as she makes the request in Igbo language. "There is nothing to tell. I'm tired, your boss has already ruined my day, abeg, just take me home." I plead and Chiamaka doesn't even put up an argument. She lifts herself from the chair as soon as I do so, and we both walk out of the club, without saying anything else to each other. ****** "You have to tell me what I need to know. For Christ sake, I'm your friend!" Amaka starts, the minute we get into her car.

Shifted Fate: From Slave To Wolf Queen

Shifted Fate: From Slave To Wolf Queen

“Oh, I-I’m sorry, I get abit carried away.” “Don’t apologize.” He shook his head, a radiant smile tugging at his lips. “I take it you know what tribe I’m from.” I nodded. “Sylvaris tribe involves elf’s with earth magic. Each tribe has their own elemental magic and during different stages in history – you have all been taken advantage of, used for power that you never wanted therefore you live under the pretenses of a myth in a fairytale.” His melancholy smile pulls at my heartstrings, especially when I remember how disrespectful Cassandra was to him. “The greed for power will never stop.”

A Female Alpha’s Revenge

A Female Alpha’s Revenge

Except for Velda, who trembled and pleaded tearfully, "Solanke, we have a treaty! We're in a peace period. You can't hurt me! Let me go, and we can renegotiate the border agreement." "Velda!" Brock, being dragged out, roared in anger. "You shameless coward! You're unworthy of being a Gamma." Solanke glanced at Brock indifferently. "We Western Tribes keep our word. The border is settled; no need for changes." The Western Tribes had already suffered greatly and wouldn't risk their reputation by attacking the Bloodscar Border again. As Brock was dragged away, his look of contempt told Velda he'd likely never return. He shouted, "Yo

Journey To Become The Strongest god

Journey To Become The Strongest god

Xiao Chen heard that the White Tiger tribe did not want to deal with them. The four tribes scattered across the continent, as well as several other sacred beast tribes, were not something Xiao Chen wanted to subdue. They were all too troublesome and incapable of doing anything responsibly, just like the tiger ancestors who had forced Xiao Chen into his current situation. They had given away the inheritance without his permission and forced Xiao Chen to deal with the ancestral tribe directly.

Marked by the BEAST

Marked by the BEAST

he asked Duke, not minding my presence. "Yes, babe, she's my steward," Duke responded dryly. If I am not mistaken, she is Marie, the second daughter of the Menejez tribe; they lived near the Criose territory, the most hard-headed tribe; they were called the black sheep tribe. They don't follow the rules; they are killed once every hundred years via poisoning or hunting. They were the main reason why we wolves were almost exposed, and now, humans do believe we exist and continually hunt us. Either to kill or to attract people for money.

“Emilia this is one of my good friends Nisha, she also belongs to Loren’s harem.” “Don’t call it that Tami,” Nisha responded as she flicked her black curls over her shoulder. “We all know you’re Loren’s favorite, he doesn’t sleep with the rest of us.” “Then what would you have me call it?” Tamsyn asked as she turned to face the other girl. “I know the terms we use are archaic, but it’s just what the groups have always been called.” Nisha shrugged in response as she flopped onto the bed. She stretched her limbs like a cat, I watched from the corner of my eye as she made herself comfortable and popped a grape in her mouth from the platter they’d brought.
