“Are you setting me up?” Gerald closed the door behind them with a soft click. “Relax, Eveline. I’m not setting you up. I’m helping him.” She stared at the man, then at Gerald. “Helping him? He looks half-dead.” Her father in law moved closer to the bed, his expression serious. “His name is Thomas. His father was an old friend of mine—a very wealthy man. When he passed, he left everything to Thomas. But Thomas’s family…” he sighed, shaking his head with pity. “They’re vultures. They want to declare him incompetent, take control of the estate, and bleed it dry.”

Merrigold had been waiting for the old white lady to quit playing. "...no one in my family has—" her throat immediately dried up when it dawned onto her that... Austin happened to be a twin. A shiver ran down her spine... this was all rubbish, so what this old white lady is a prophetess and can see in the future. Richard? Who the hell is Richard? The sharp cries of the stupid man made it hard to concentrate. The name didn't ring any bells. “Richard! The third son of Don Jones!” he cried out. Raising an eyebrow, I almost laughed. Someone from the family, huh? When do they plan to stop? After I’ve killed them all?

And then there were the little ones. Thomas and Tabitha, Torian and Riah's twins, were now ten and inseparable, currently trying to build a fort from garden cushions and old blankets with the single-minded focus of miniature architects. Thomas had his father's easy charm and his mother's fierce loyalty; Tabitha was the quiet one, the observer, already showing signs of the artist she'd become.

That day also happened to be the end of the three-year limit. The moment I arrived home, Mom and Erica both rushed toward me. "Quick! Swap these disgusting scars onto yourself!" "Give me your SAT scores!" They spoke at the exact same time. Mom's eyes widened in annoyance as she turned to Erica. "Sweetheart, didn't we agree this time would be my turn?" Erica rolled her eyes, completely unapologetic. "You already waited three years. Can't you wait another three? The SAT determines my future! Are you seriously going to watch me fail to get into university?"

“Lauren, he’s gotta be lying. Nobody looks that identical by chance.” Lauren’s voice softened, her skepticism unwavering. “Are you a twin? Did Tom have a brother, a cousin, anything?” She stared at him, her heart racing, the photo a weight on the desk, Tom’s memory a ghost. Richard’s voice was calm, definitive. “No, no twin, no brother. I’m an only child, raised in Boston. My parents are gone, no relatives like that.” He spread his hands, his confusion clear. “I’m telling you, I’m not your Tom.”

She dialed the number again but there was no response,the responder must have dropped the phone. “I will have to go now!. Nothing…..must happen to Richmore!!”. She stopped a cab and hopped in with shaky legs, hoping against hope that her brother survives tonight,he has been fighting for his life from infant,it would be unbearable for her to lose him now. Ruth,Rita and Richmore was born triplets,but Richmond has an incurable disease right from infant,which made the Logans to send him outside the state,paid for a lifetime treatment and abandoned him,they felt it would be a huge blow to the Logans if people got to found out about their son with an incurable health disease.

Zedd interjected again, "The girls should be taken to White Moon, indeed." "Ha, your words make no difference." Xander growled. "Don’t you forget that their mom is there. Let them meet and discuss the rest later." Zedd explained firmly, "Because after all, the triplets are absolutely hers because she's the one who took care of them all this time. Everything falls to her decision."

CHAPTER TWO: THE ROYAL TRIPLETS NOLAN’S POV~ We the werewolves of the silent howl pack, far from Greenville town, were to throw a royal soiree for just royalties from the north. Our father; King Edwards, my mother, I, my brothers, and relatives were all seated at the royal dining table, about to eat dinner when my father decided to make an announcement. There was a lot of distinct chattering because the room was filled with werewolves of high prestige.

The triplets would never be able to be a part of our family if that happens. "Listen to me. We should just be patient and take things slow." Alice got so desperate that she was close to crying after hearing what Ricky said. However, there was nothing she could do about it. After all, what his husband and son said was true. So, all she could do was wait. Late in the afternoon, Molly drove to the kindergarten to pick up the triplets. Grandpa Dave came back from the chess club when Molly and the triplets arrived home. The butler had the dinner ready, and all the dishes were already placed on the dining table.
