Betrayed, Misjudged: Ex-Husbands, I return
In the heart of Silver Crest city, Lyra Daniel, a 21 year old orphan and aspiring fashion designer, battles fiercely to save the life of her husband Felix Thomson, who is bed-ridden in the hospital by a rare case of lung disease, and needs a lot of money to get treated. Lyra runs helter and skelter in search of succor and a means to save her dear husband's life, but her efforts yield nothing with his case growing worse by the minute.
While still at a loss, she runs into the billionaire heir, Dante Cooper, in a chance meeting at her part-time place of work. Coincidentally, Dante happens to be in need of a contract wife urgently, ready to pay thousands of dollars to keep the eyes of his prying family off his back. Series of back and forth takes place, and soon Felix's case becomes so critical that he even urges his wife Lyra to take the deal and promise to marry her again once the deal is over. Lyra accepts, reluctantly sacrificing her marriage with Felix to save his life.
But little did she know that it was all a ruse.
Much later, Dante also misjudges Lyra as a gold digger who divorced her husband because of money and she has to go through hell in the hands of Dante's family, making Lyra's betrayal double and much more brutal.
Both ex husbands reconnects with Lyra years later in a whole different scenario as she had grown into a much powerful and celebrated figure, however very little had changed about the resentment she felt for them particularly for Felix, her first husband. An air of suspense persists between the parties as an entirely different journey unfolds amidst the charged atmosphere of reunion, passion, betrayal, and revenge.
