He looked at me, confused, and I pulled him to the balcony. It was cold outside. I could see tiny flakes of snow falling from the sky. The little ray of sun was almost gone, casting a little glow over the horizon. It was beautiful. We snuggled against each other to gather body heat. I relaxed under his warmth and all the surging emotions I had earlier disappeared. "Let's watch the snow," I whispered. He placed a kiss on the crook of my neck and held me tighter. And just like that, we stood there in each other's arms, watching as tiny snowflakes fell from the sky and as the little ray of the sun cast a brilliant glow on the trees.

For all they knew, she could be a witch, just like Valerie. It would have taken about four hours for them to reach the Golden pack, but with the helicopter, they were there in less than one hour. I hadn’t seen the movie, but all the spoilers and snippets on social media made me feel like I had watched it and read the book. “Okay,” I answered, mainly because of his unusual interest in werewolves. He had done so much for me tonight; this was the little I could do to even the balance. He hit play, and I murmured, “Twilight it is, Ezra.”
