I scoped the area to only see the two girls, I didn't know what the fuck their names were but I knew they were twins and I knew they were friends with her. As they walked past me, I stopped them. "Where's Isabella?" I asked, watching as they looked at each other before they looked at me. "We don't know" they both said in unison. This was some twin telepathy shit and I didn't fuck with that. "I'm pretty sure you do. Where the fuck is she?" I asked once again feeling even more angry. I hated repeating myself. "She just left. Don't bother looking for her." One of them said before they walked away.

She was the insufferable daughter of Twilight Pack’s Beta. “Who the fuck are you?” I growled, pretending to not know her. She liked to be the centre of attention, so let’s take her down a notch. She blinked and gaped for a moment before quickly collecting herself. Throwing her long black hair behind her shoulder, she said, “It’s me, Demi. I’m the daughter of the Twilight Beta.” “I don’t care who you are,” I told her. “Nobody is allowed to talk badly about my date. Apologise right now.”

Tara instinctively tried to dodge, but it was too late. A faintly sweet scent filled the air, and she inhaled several breaths before realizing. Wesley blocked the door, leaving her no choice but to retreat further into the room. Her voice was sharp with alarm. “What are you trying to do?” Wesley smirked, his laugh sinister. “What do you think?” With that, he sprayed her again several more times. Tara’s body started to feel hot, her heart racing. Her legs grew weak, and the flashing disco lights made her dizzy.

She mutters a weaker protest. “That’s why we have ‘twilight’; the most beautiful time of the day when day and night could meet, only if they decide to. Our connection is like that Selena… it brings both hope and fear—an irrevocable bond that cannot be untangled,” he reassures her. Before she can stop herself, Selena closes the distance between them, pressing her lips to his in a desperate, heated kiss.
