I do not know where to start. I do not know what to do first." Kael wrapped an arm around her. "You start where you are. Right now...This moment. You do not have to solve everything today. You just have to take the next step." Sena brought them tea and sat across from them, her grey eyes thoughtful. "The prophecy speaks of the twin moons aligning. That means there is a specific night. Everything will come to a head then."

I took a long and shakily drawn-out breath and whispered back to him, “I know”. I am working on multiple projects at the same time, but I will try to keep Twin Moon as my main priority. This section of the story will be vastly different from the happiness and sweetness that Part 1 gave you. But I hope that you stick with it through to the end. They are destined to fulfill the long-forgotten prophecy of the Dual Flame.” Aurora blinked. “Dual Flame?” The goddess raised her hand and a vision bloomed into view—a golden sun and a silver moon, circling each other. At their core, two blazing figures stood side by side, hand in hand, raising a crown of light. “There has never been twins on the throne before,” the Moon Goddess explained. “Phoenix and Lucian are unique. They are two halves of one powerful whole, meant to rule together, not in rivalry, but in unity. A kingdom guided by balance: strength and wisdom, fire and calm, day and night.”

~STORM As I sit here under the soft glow of the moon, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. The moon goddess has truly blessed me in ways I never thought possible. I look around at my beautiful family, and my heart swells with joy. My twins, Selene and Kingdom, are the light of my life. Their laughter fills our home with warmth, and their love is a constant reassurance of how lucky I am.

The fire crackled low, the rain still roaring against the roof. When she finally spoke, her tone had changed. “Twins born under two moons,” she murmured, “that’s no small omen.” I looked to her, confused. “Two moons?” She pointed to the window. Outside, through the storm clouds, the sky had split, one full moon glowing pale and white, another haloed faintly in red behind it, as if the heavens themselves couldn’t decide which to show. Nilam’s voice dropped to a whisper. “Two moons, two souls. Destiny and ruin, side by side. Remember that, girl.”

“She rejected me. I can’t track her. As her guardian dog, I’ve failed to protect her.” Miller sighs. “Do you think I trained the hunters so rigorously for nothing? And do you think the purpose of a twin is meaningless? My soul and consciousness are always connected to Jonea! You may not like it, but I am Jonea’s soulmate. I am the shadow of her soul—the Silver Moon and the Red Moon. I formed the hunter squad to be her protectors!”

The Moon Goddess has saved you and given you back to us. Luna Cailee and Katelynn looked at each other and Cailee said you're my twin sister. I can't believe this I always had a feeling you were alive, but just didn't know for sure. Then when you showed your wolf that's how I knew you were my twin. It's kind of ironic how the Moon Goddess mated me to Cameron don't you think? Yes, I would have to agree said Katelynn.

The moon hung low, silver and watchful. The twin emerged beside her, fully formed in the soul-space that now bled easily into Selene’s awareness. “He will break if this continues,” the twin said softly, eyes fixed on Kael below. “You feel how close his wolf is to the surface.” “I do,” Selene replied. “And you still anchor him,” the twin said. “Which means if you fall—he falls harder.” Selene closed her eyes. “I won’t fall.” The twin studied her for a long moment. Then, unexpectedly, she reached out—placing her hand over Selene’s heart.

But then something strange happened, a second moon appeared beside it, smaller, golden. Elder Morgana burst in, eyes wide. "The prophecy," she gasped. "The twin moons have risen. Your children—they're the ones from the ancient prophecy." "What prophecy?" "'When darkness threatens to consume the light, twin moons shall rise from rejected might. Born of betrayal but raised in choice, they shall give the voiceless voice.'" She stared at my children in wonder. "They're going to change everything. Unite all supernatural races, not just wolves." "They're babies," I protested.

“Show us!” The shard cracked, and a wave of memory flooded the Veil—not a vision, but a feeling, raw and overwhelming. A girl, born with Selene under the same moon, her shadow to Selene’s light. They were meant to balance the world together, two halves of a single purpose. But the twins had questioned the Moon’s laws, and had dared to dream of a world where wolves choose their own paths, not bound by destiny. And for that, the Moon had severed her, locking her away in the Veil, erasing her name from every story.
