It was the gold-like key chain it was attached to. A golden rectangle plate adorned the end of a small chain. On it were two letters. D and H. I wasn’t sure what DH stood for, but I knew where the key belonged.

The car stopped, and Kate got out holding Bastien’s hand. They walked through a craft fair by the sea. Whatever caught Kate’s eye, Bastien bought it, and Lucca carried it. Lexie's POV I was living my biggest dream, Patrick declaring his love for me, showering me with kisses and surprises. Not even in my best dreams had it been this good, this beautiful, this perfect. But now I was holding this little box, a bit nervous, unable to imagine what could be inside that was as special as our photos. So I opened the little box and inside were a keychain with some keys and an electronic gate remote control. The keychain was beautiful, golden, and had a heart-shaped locket. I opened the locket and inside was a photo of us on one side and an engraving on the other that said, "I need you here!"

I just sighed before simply tapping my son. Adrian quickly stood up and said goodbye to urinate so Andrei's brows furrowed. "What?" I laughed because I could not explain his reaction. He lowered the box on the table and then took a cutter on the top of the refrigerator. He opened it quietly and carefully. I stopped laughing as I watched him checking it. Tristan said under his breath, his tone quieter now, less defensive, more… stuck. Another pause. I waited.
